"It's not in the city center, but it's only a few minutes' walk away. One of the important reasons for choosing it is that it has a parking lot for easy parking. The hotel is quaint and was renovated from an old house. The corridors are full of artworks. It seems to be the property of an Argentinian artist owner. . It's because of the old house, so the room is relatively small."

"The hotel is nice, the house is neat and clean, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, the entrance and exit of the parking lot is a bit narrow, there is no breakfast during the epidemic period, it is a pity that the overall praise"
"We enjoyed our two-night stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating, offering us a ground floor room without even needing to be asked. This was especially helpful given my husband's mobility limitations.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was perfectly fine for us. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our room, which made for a truly memorable experience."
"The location is very good, it is very convenient to go shopping, there are supermarkets and Asian Super League nearby. The staff at the counter was very nice and friendly, and introduced us to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable."
"The courtyard is spacious with flowers blooming, the room is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet. It's just a nervous old lady next door, who scolded people upstairs in her house early in the morning, a typical old racist."
"Spacious, clean, quiet, plenty of hot water, heated foot, convenient parking, close to the city. Check out Continue to park your car at the hotel. Going around the city at 12 o'clock, I went back to drive and left."
"The opposite of the hotel is very convenient for the big city. The room is fresh and tidy. The restaurant downstairs is very good, there is a drink. The biggest drawback is that the room is on the main road, very noisy, not sleeping well."
"Very nice staff and it is clean and comfortable. Every time when we come back, we can feel very relaxed. Outside is cold but our place is warm and we can have very relaxing hot shower.
There is free internet and there are many T V channels and movies to see. I can keep in touch with my family overseas. Kids and I can enjoy movies together.
The location is very good. It is in the city and very convenient to take public transport or visit tourist information centre to join tours. There are lots of warehouses, department stores, shops, cafe or restaurants around. I recommend anyone to stay at Launceston Central Apartment Hotel."

GGuest UserFrom the time we pulled into the car park to the moment of exiting the whole experience at the hotel was excellent.
Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with good quality amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended and Would not hesitate to stay again.
AAnonymous UserFirst time I sleep in a capsule ”coffin experience”. It is less caustrophobic I expected. It is comfortable, but everytime somebody goes in-out or moves in the bed awakes me. Lighting is annoying. It smells a lot mature cheddar cheese when people take the shoes off. Good location. Convenient facilities. And...affordable cause there are no many hotels and can get very expensive.

LLives out of a suitcase.Well located property in the hear of Launceston CBD. Rooms are comfortable, simple but dated. Some lower floors have older bathrooms which have shower head and bathtub overdue for repair, but higher floors have new bathrooms which are nicer and more comfortable.
Close to attractions- A must visit is the Cataract Gorge site located a short drive just outside Launceston CBD.
Car parking on site which is convenient.

DDelphine CALPENA THIEDOTVery welcoming and helpful reception, smily and attentive, much appreciated.
Our room was facing the street, which was quite noisy but for only one night, it was ok.
Note that the car park is quickly full, and its access surprisingly steep !

AAnonymous UserWe spent one night here. The location is great as it is close to the airport, just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The building and its interior are quite old. One thing that bothers me is that they didn’t change the toilet paper, which gives an impression that the hotel doesn’t emphasize much on hygiene. It’s a place to stay at if you are on a budget.

GGuest UserThe apartments are conveniently located walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as very close to the aquatic centre. The room was in need of a good dust and the bathroom could do with a renovation. Lovely view of Launceston from the balcony, especially at night. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay for those on a budget.

GGuest UserGreat place, good facilities and clean rooms.
Shout out to the ****** who wake up at 5 am stand around talking and wake everyone up and then start their noisy cars and leave to go to another hotel.
GGuest UserIt is a motel type. I booked a hotel randomly because I had to fly out the next morning. The hotel is relatively old and has few facilities, but it has a basic refrigerator and hair dryer.
The location is in the center of the city. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. It is less than 20 minutes' drive from the airport, so it is very convenient for traveling and eating. As a transit hotel, it can meet the needs.
We booked a quadruple room because of the large number of people. The room is large enough and suitable for families traveling with children.

BBarrAs a solo traveller just spending one night in Launceston, The Star Hotel was the ideal choice. It is centrally located and street parking was easy to find and free between 17.30 and 09.00 next day. The room itself was compact but comfortable with an ensuite. The friendly, efficient female staff member was able to help with local advice and when I decided to have dinner later, the food and service were exceptional. Three see a couple of stair cases to negotiate but really no trouble. This place was a highlight of my travel in Tasmania.

GGuest UserVery good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17
