Great👍Very big, suitable for family travel, just like coming home, it is our favorite room on this trip. It's just that we stayed in that room for three nights, and no one came to clean it. In addition, the kitchen sink did not drain well, and the dishwasher did not wash cleanly～～～Otherwise, it's really 100 points💯

This hotel and ****** was really nice. Thank God it's off of the *****. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it.

Stayed an extra night for a second reservation. It was convenient to be down there and decided to stay longer because of the annual all summer pub crawl of Santa’s. This was the first meeting spot for the evening. It’s an easy walk back down Fremont because you can see the plaza the entire way. Things to improve on are simply the amount of days in the room and the cleanliness of the A/C-Windows.

It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet. The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk. It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit. It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations... a fly in the ointment!

The room is spacious but outdated. It can use an upgrade to modern furniture. Other than that, the bed is comfortable and great customer service. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a big shopping mall next to it. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good. He also upgraded the room for free. The hotel facilities are complete. The room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended. No brainer to stay

It was good stay. On arrival, although there were so many people, Jaye in the front desk was very kind and good with warm welcome, and the room and facilities was comfortable. Many shops and restaurants were in or near the building, it was also convenient. Thank you.

It took more than 50 minutes to check in. They cannot have the ability to handle their capacity. I booked 2 queen bed room but couldn’t get it. It seems like everyone on the line to check in, seems have problem. The guys work in reception call to other repeatedly to solve something.

One of the best hotel in Las Vegas strip!!!👍 Room are excellent, space, facilities, full length window LV view w/ motorised curtains & Coffe machine in the room(2 thumbs up) The staffs are marvelous & friendly a true fortune of this hotel. We enjoyed as well the free tram ride to other MGM partner hotel. I can't find any fault or negative comment for Aria. You have a very good standard and please keep it up always!!! We dearly love our stay in your hotel & we highly recommend to anyone. Well Done Aria!!! Salute😉❤️💖🫶🥰👌👍✌️

We got a room with a view of the pool, we also upgraded it, but it was completely different from the previous one. At check-in, we were misled, which turned out to be on the final invoice. They added 2 Red Bulls, but after my intervention they were removed. And an additional fee in addition to the tax for the upgrade, 56 USD for each day! There are no flip-flops after bathing. The windows do not open
