Park MGM Las Vegas

I paid extra for a high-floor room, but it still had a connecting door to the adjacent room, seemingly right across from their bed. I could clearly hear snoring, talking, and coughing from next door. I barely drifted off around 1 AM and woke up around 4 AM, again, disturbed by breathing and snoring. This led to a sleepless night. For safety reasons while driving, I had to cancel my Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend tours in Page, losing over 2,700 RMB on tickets alone. After contacting Trip.com, the hotel agreed to refund $56, which I haven't received yet. I'll see how that progresses. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and they handled the complaint with sincerity. However, Trip.com still hasn't responded regarding how they'll address my losses. I hope to get a satisfactory resolution soon! This trip, I've encountered two hotels with these connecting doors – it's truly uncomfortable 😞. MGM's overall service was very good though, and their apology was very sincere. Hilton, on the other hand, was terrible with a very poor attitude. Trip.com bears significant responsibility here. Why isn't this information noted in the hotel details? The prices could also differ from other rooms, giving customers the right to informed choice. Therefore, I demand compensation for the significant losses incurred and the impact on my sleep and travel plans!

This MGM Park has larger rooms than others, and its location is also quite good. For Las Vegas, I think it's recommendable. However, if you want to see the Sphere, it's too far from here and not visible.

The room is quite spacious, and although the hallway ceilings are a bit low, it offers great value for money. The pool opens at 9 AM, which is decent. There are many dining options in the food street, and you can grab breakfast at Starbucks. The MGM Monorail connects to six hotels, which is very convenient. Plus, the Coca-Cola and M&M's flagship stores are right across from the hotel.
