Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.

The apartment we are is 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a room with full kitchen (only need a oven or airfryer). The only complaint is the cleaning of the floor!
