Casa Arrayán

I don't usually write reviews on TripAdvisor. But I'm writing this one because I feel it's necessary to prevent others from choosing this place. First of all, this is not a boutique hotel. The only redeeming feature is the mountain view; everything else is terrible. The rooms are small and very basic. We even found that one of the beds wasn't even made. The rooms lacked basic boutique hotel amenities like shampoo or lotion, and there wasn't even any toilet paper. We arrived at 3:30 pm, and the restaurant and bar didn't open until 7 pm. That means the restaurant is only open for three hours for dinner. The food and cocktail menu is very limited. The only person working there was incredibly rude and unhelpful. For example, when we arrived, we didn't know where to park, so we signaled for help, but even though he could see us from the reception desk, he didn't come out. When we entered the reception area and asked if we were parked correctly, the person rudely and dismissively replied that we weren't and told us we had to move the car (which wasn't the problem; the problem was the way they treated us). When we sat down to eat, we asked for a recommendation, and they literally said, "I hate Chilean food, so I don't know." And so, a series of similar incidents made this the first and last time I'll ever choose this place in Santiago.

Terrible experience! Poor cleaning, the shower water was cold (their solution was to shower in another room), we were charged twice, the access road was in bad condition, and one of the staff members was extremely unhelpful. They turned what was supposed to be a relaxing experience into something unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

¡El lugar superó mis expectativas! Las instalaciones hermosas, el personal muy amable y el desayuno nos lo llevaban a la habitación en el horario que nosotros deseáramos, además riquísimo. Lo mejor, la gata Carlota, muy cariñosa. Volveremos sin duda. Probablemente los malos comentarios eran de años anteriores, porque se nota que han remodelado el lugar y está perfecto para ir a la nieve.

Precioso hotel boutique. Logras conectar con la naturaleza y la tranquilidad en plena ciudad. La piscina súper linda y los espacios comunes bastante cómodos. Simple y elegante, muy recomendable para ir en pareja o con amigas. El restaurant ofrece comidas sencillas, si se busca algo más elaborado, en los alrededores hay más opciones.

Lugar precioso, con una vista increíble a la Cordillera de Los Andes y a la ciudad de Santiago. Especial para alejarse de todo estando al lado jajaja, la atención súper buena. Tiene piscina al aire libre, estacionamiento, wifi y desayuno incluido, también tiene servicio de lavandería y aire condicionado. ¡Vistas espectaculares de todos lados!

Fue una visita muy agradable. Lugar con buena vista, agradable decoración y atención con poco personal pero diligentes y atentos. Falta mantención del jardín. Desayuno muy rico, tipo casero, muy abundante. En general buena experiencia,
