The hotel is quite comfortable and the service is very good. It is a 10-minute walk to the highest building. It is very convenient to eat and shop. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel.

No cable tv option in English, aircon hot, grimy, staff; some excellent others plain rude! No minibar. Way overpriced for what you get here. Wine options in bar poor. Neeeveeer agaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain!…………………………………………………………………………..

This is barely a three star hotel. Old and worn out. The only positive was checking in. Receptionist and concierge who helped us to our room were great. Then things fell apart. The air conditioner in our room was so loud it was hard to hear receptionist on the phone when I enquired/complained about it. I was assured someone would attend and check on it. We went to dinner. On our return the noise was still way too loud. It took several phone calls and two visits to the front desk for someone to visit the room and confirm that the aircon was way too loud. Then the ordeal started to get approval from a manager to change our room. After 30 minutes and another visit to the front desk where I insisted on either a change of room or a refund and we would move hotels, finally we moved rooms. The new room air conditioner was much quieter. Now at the breakfast buffet… where do I start All the cold items are warm. All the hot items are cold. Flies everywhere. Do not stay here

Cons: the hotel is somewhat old, which in itself is not bad. However, I had a very poor experience with a clogged shower (I write this after waiting one hour yesterday and half an hour today for them to fix it). Unable to take a shower! Pros: good location. Good breakfast.
