The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

酒店的位置位於金融新區，是屬於安全的區域。交通也挺方便，下樓就有地鐵，從機場過去，出租車大概不到30分鐘。房間大小兩個人住很合適，有一個不小的陽台可以在外面看風景。樓上還有個洗衣房，也很方便，需要投幣或者是掃碼付款。樓下就有小超市，便利店，還有早餐廳，紅帽子披薩，總之很方便。唯一要説明的一點是前台非常不好找。在2樓出電梯右邊走廊的最端頭那個房間裏，注意房間的門還是關着的。我們是上下了幾次，最後請門房的人帶上去的。

The lady at the front desk was nice and enthusiastic, and she even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. But the breakfast was a bit bad. It is very good to live in this area at this price.

It was a safe area, so I was very relieved. You can walk to the observatory and the subway station is very close. The room is clean and the breakfast is very delicious.

The only improved area for the Front Desk is the room selection and clean up speed. Should help the quests for their prefer rooms (I prefer back side for quiet and they put me to the room facing the road) and allow them to check it at the earliest possible when they arrive early. The early arrived guests could be very tired.

GGuest UserWe booked a double room on Ctrip, and my friend and parents booked a one-bedroom on Booking. The hotel front desk was very considerate and helped the five of us to arrange a suite (one door into the room, two rooms facing each other on the left and right). Our room had a microwave, and my friend's room could also cook, with a balcony and a nice view.

GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

GGuest UserThe stolen hotel money should be an interruption to the health of the aunt. The front desk manager is a gentleman. After communicating with the hotel many times, the hotel is still in charge of the hotel. Responsible for the lost money was returned to us during the communication. Speaking Western languages during the communication almost improved my oral communication ability.

ZZimingThis is good, the supermarket is very convenient to eat nearby, the room is very clean, the only downside is that if the room type is on the road, there will be a little road sound in the morning, but the overall is OK, breakfast is OK.
