Pésimo pésimo servicio , horrible la habitación e instalaciones sucias sin luz solo una lámpara mal olor ,pagué con desayuno y no había por q están en remodelacion, no tenía shampo jabón algo horrible ,afuera en los estacionamiento mucho trailer y muy obscuro basura , no había papel higiénico nuevo estaba uno comenzado , muyyy mala experiencia algo horrible

No se me permitió la entrada ya que no tenian sistema o internet y por lo cual el empleado me dijo que mi reserva no es valida, solo porque ellos no tenian en su mo internet. Trate de buscar rembolso en App lo cual no lo permitió al igual acudi al día siguiente y la empleada solo me comentó que todo lo resolviera por la app a lo cual fue imposible

The toliet lever was broken which caused leaks on the floor. Had shut the water line off. The shower lacked the mechanism to activate the shower head. Lastly, a man from the property who did not identify himself around 5am, banged loudly on the hotel door and opened it without acknowledgement from me first. Starled i ran to the door and he only mentioned that there was noise complaint. I mentioned that i have been alseep for a while. He said sorry and walked off without explanation.

90°+ out and the pool was out of service. That's a good reason someone would choose this place.
When i booked this place I dont think it mentioned free breakfast as an amenity. But when booking one of the pictures showed a breakfast counter and seats. Now its a restaurant.
The two most important things about the room were great. The AC worked great. And the bed was absolutely comfortable.
But there was no remote for the TV. There were no wash clothes in the room. Only 2 towels and a small towel.
No slide lock on the door.

It is not a nice place to stay it smelled a lot like cigarettes bedding looked very old and musty. Cracks on ceilings and toilet paper was on the floor
