Only issue we had with the property was the lack of internet access. This was really inconvenient but an adjustment was made to our bill which was what I would consider good customer service.

Hotel is ok but the price doesn’t match the quality it offers. It’s very much outdated, and the staff doesn’t seem to care much. Breakfast is included but before 9am a very unfriendly lady stopped us as she already wanted to clean up the breakfast room. So, basically the included breakfast is only if you go really early. Only positives are the comfortable bed and the location with free parking.

Had to wait for desk clerk to show up
1st room assigned at 6:00 pm not made up
2nd room assigned needed work; plumbing under sink taped up and bottom sheets on bed would not stay on
