Service was Excellent. Juanita was very friendly and helpful. The whole staff was Great would definitely recommend this hotel. Never stayed at the residence inn by Marriott but the room was exceptional. Would definitely stay again . Staff was all smiles

Great experience at Residence Inn. Juanita at the front desk was great! We enjoyed the cookies they put out each evening. Breakfast was good, the attendant Cheryl (I hope I got her name right) was friendly and helpful. Our room was in good shape.

I’ve been to a few hotels but this one has been the best one. the service was great and everyone here is so welcoming. The food the offer in the mornings was great and it was all thanks to CHERYL. When I’m back in Laredo I’ll be sure to book here again.

Memo and Sheri are the best. By saying that they took care of us, i mean it. Memo stayed on top of everything, and fixed any problems that happened in no time. Sheri gave us a very warm welcome. She also took care of us, especially with yheir breakfast service. Would definitely come and stay at this hotel whenever im in town.

Came in for a swim meet with my family. This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and having the full kitchen makes life so much easier. Juanita at the front desk took great care of us every time we needed something. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is so nice and the employees also they’re so nice in the room Service Adriana is super nice. Anything that we need they were on top of it. Any cleaning that we need they were on top of it. Also, my family was grateful for them that had everything clean the bed the worst clean too bedsheets and also the room service is great.

Great overall hotel and possibly one of the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Cheryl and Kristine were the best. Absolutely no complaints they made my stay feel more at home. I wish there were more employees like this back in TN.
