A discreet, quiet and clean hotel. It has no luxuries or ostentations but the beds are comfortable and rest is assured. It is far from the center so you have to take that into account but in terms of quality-price it is one of the best in Logroño.

La verdad, sería el último sitio donde iría de nuevo si volviera a Logroño. Hay hostales de carretera.mejkres que esto.

❌️Al llegar NO había recepcionista, había que llamarla por teléfono.
❌️No tiene parking ni descuento en ninguno cercano, si no.quieres pagar una pasta tienes que dejar el.coxhe ennun barrio cercano a 300 metros
❌️Techos desconchados, flexo de la.ducha roto, puerta atrancada, silicosis del.baño negra con moho y falta de limpieza, pelos por.el.baño, rincones con pelos.

❌️Lo peor, la almohada y sábanas aún olía a la.persona anterior y manchas de haberse afeitado y acostado en la.almohada.

The swimming was closed. We chose this hotel knowing that we would be hot and tired after our 20 mile Camino walk. To not let know know or offer us the chance to cancel in advance is terrible service. I have requested a refund or some compensation.

We were there during Semana Santa (Easter Processions) at "high season" so found the place a little expensive. They are pet friendly and had very helpful, enthusiastic customer service agents working the desk that also served as concierges and who were quite helpful. The place was clean, had a full bath, bidet, etc and a cafe on site with convenient hours. There was a gas station and mini-mart within the property but also a close walk to the train station and old town with the many tapas bars and fun history and traditions.

We arrived late around midnight, but had phoned ahead to warn them which was welcomed news. On arrival, I guess the night porter/receptionist was particularly unhelpful, even rude, maybe our attempt at Spanish wasn’t good enough for him. Anyway, then being told I had to pay for parking in a very open, quiet area. The room was very bare although quite spacious which was fine as I just wanted to sleep after a long drive, but every slightest noise seemed to echo up the corridor, everything seemed so noisy, so a broken nights sleep and an early start as soon as other guests got up. For the price (over €90) we were not impressed.

Raquel 1/5 2 minutes ago on Google Very average hotel, we were greatly disappointed since I did not see anywhere on the website where it was located, the location is horrible, it is inside a gas station, there is about 15-20 minutes walk to the center, although there are buses that bring you closer but at night they have very short hours. The rooms are smaller than what appears in the photos, the mattresses are very soft, and the walls paper, you can hear everything. The only thing to highlight are the girls in the cafeteria who are very nice although the breakfast buffet is not bad, the coffee is terrible. We loved Logroño and we will surely return, but we will look for another option to stay.
