I walked on the pilgrimage and stayed at the hotel for a while. I was surprised at the old interior than I thought, but the cleanliness is very satisfying. The location is good and good for sightseeing. It is a pity that the sound insulation is a little bad. Still good for the price.
We were looking for a centrally located hotel within walking distance of the train station for our 3 night stay. The rooms were comfortable with a good choice of Breakfast Buffet each morning. We were initially allocated a twin bedded room which was changed as soon as we requested a double. We were able to walk to all the places of interest in the City on our list including the bus station for a trip to La Guardia. Just around the corner from the hotel is also an urban winery Bodega Arizcuren - definitely worth a visit. Our only disappoin**ent was that on our morning of departure we had to check out before Breakfast started to catch an 0730 train to Madrid. We were told at Reception that a picnic breakfast was not available and they had no available kettle for our room - there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room - which meant an early start with no breakfast, not even a hot drink. As they offer a Buffet Breakfast it would have been very easy for them to place some pastries and fruit in a bag with a bottle of water for our departure.
We stayed here for two nights. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for you. The rooms are a very good size. And all facilities work well. Internet is good, food was good and location is excellent. They were a very accompanying hotel. We would stay here again

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at Sercotel Portales in Logroño. The room was comfortable and clean and had all we needed - including the ability to make hot tea and coffee in the room. We also enjoyed having a nice view of the plaza, with a window that opened so we could get some fresh air (weather permitting). The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice selection of hot items, breads, juices, fruit and sweets. It was also very convenient to have a parking garage in the hotel - although it was challenging to maneuver our not-so-small rental car in and out of the allotted space! Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is very centrally and conveniently located, which is a big plus!
Location for when you are on a very good route. Relationship capability excellent price and staff of hotel and cafeteria very friendly. Just a few retouch at the level of maintenance in the room we were. Apart from the external acoustic isolation is something right... Near Logroño center
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, which included a rest day on our 500 mile walk on the Camino de Santiago. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a block or two from all all of the coolest spots. The room was lovely, a very big and comfortable bed, a very luxurious bathroom. And some nice touches like a robe and slippers. The only comment I would make is that it was a bit noisy on the Friday and Saturday night that we stayed there, but that is to be expected I suppose.
The location was excellent, so Tok were the receptionist & breakfast. My only gripe, more with *********** than the hotel was that my booking had been made in error for one person b&b (my default setting on the website is 2 people, 1 room) and when I realised my mistake - a week before we left the uk - I told them if the error and they confirmed the booking was for 2 b&b. On arrival the bed had been changed from a twin to a lrg doubke but we had to pay for the second breakfast on both days. I would have much preferred if they had confirmed that I would need to pay extra for the second person rather than leave us in a delicate situation - I asked if they could confirm the room was for for 2 people B&B and they said yes!!

The hotel is undoubtedly located in a central location, surrounded by shops and services of various uses (apotheke, supermarkets, jet washing, etc.), as well as by bars and restaurants. The style of the structure is certainly very classic and a little vetuous, not about a hotel of recent construction, but rather date-out, but it is very well maintained. The room recalls the same style, marble tables, grey colours, in general, doesn't meet my taste, but this is subjective. The cleaning is quite good, but some misses did not seem to me from a 4-star hotel: airing in the bathroom not present, so I can imagine the smell that erupts throughout the room after a “collection moment” in the bathroom; One of the two lights of the burned bathroom, a door that doesn't close well. On the other hand, there is the bidet, which is not expected to be found. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room, but proposed to the modest figure of 17 euros per person. The hotel's immediate vicinity offers a variety of bars where you can make a good breakfast at just over €5. A favourable point is the gym, even outside the structure, very large and equipped. In general, I would not choose it for a second time.
There was a Korean mart 10 minutes away, so it was a good opportunity to buy ramen and buy kimchi on the pilgrimage. It was good except for the smell of cigarettes.
