I booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Costabella Resort in Cebu, Philippines, and it was nothing short of fantastic! They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging tours, providing local tips, or ensuring my comfort. During my stay, I enjoyed the spa services, which were incredibly relaxing. The resort also offers a range of activities, from water sports to cultural experiences, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. In conclusion, my stay at Costabella Resort in Cebu, Philippines, was truly great. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with memories that will last a lifetime. I have to share the both positive and negative feedbacks. Positive: Hotel is nice and clean. Closer to airport which is 30mins drive. Buffet breakfast was good as well. Hotel staffs are courteous and helpful. Negative: Looks like the toilet were not cleaned during our 5 days stay. The taps were dirty and rusty. Had to rotate. Called for maintenance but in the end said they will send someone else to rectify and no one came. Sink was clogging even with little water. Far away from all the major activities like Oslob whale shark watching and canyoneering.

The hotel was okay for the price. Prices are meant for members so it is best to check membership if you will stay a while. They dont really tell you to apply before booking. Good place if you want to go for a staycation. Reservations department could do be more accommodating given the level of aspiration the hotel strives for. meh

A perfect hotel if you are catching an early or late flight. There is a nice pool and a decent buffet for dinner. The domestic terminal is at the end of the car park (2 minute walk) and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the international terminal.

Great place to stay with your loved ones. Staff are friendly and accomodating plus they are always smiling. The Salt Restaurant made us feel like they are always there to attend to our needs. Very Good people around. Front desk is available 24/7 and that’s awesome! Thank you for the great stay BE! Will surely be back soon!

We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

there are about six or seven old buildings five and six stories high. some are apartments, some sold as condos, some are managed long term stay and clockwork orange owns or leases twenty or so and pretends they are a luxury suite for travelers . clockwork patrons share all common areas like elevators and halls with all walks of life. the pool clockwork shows is not accessible to clockwork patrons. their pool is a postage stamp surrounded by six stories on all sides with balconies flying laundry and residents sitting smoking or doing just nothing. this is a place for poor people we were in two rooms after refusing the first one which had no lock at all on the patio door and other issues. the second was very nice in appearance but the bathroom drains had to be picked out with your fingernails to drain, one very nice large tv did not work, there was no soap or shampoo which took about three hours to get finally there is nothing in the neighborhood. its 7 to 15 minute walk to any services like seven eleven on a very busy two lane road with no sidewalks. No Thanks to that the ”captive” hotel store had almost nothing on the shelves. there is a cafe on the first floor two with a fast food menu painted on the facade. the only possible use for this place might be to overnight relative to flying. it is close to the airport btw, the staff and esp marriane were great although marriane was obvious the girl friday of the place. although i need maintenance i think marriane was it. i never saw security anywhere in the entire complex. marriane did part of the housekeeping in addition to all of the client management of check and check out. give clockwork orange a wide berth!!

Pros- -quiet (most of time) small hotel -good air con - diving available on site Cons -nearby hotel and clubs meant very loud music/fireworks etc until 1-2am -there is a mosquito problem which the hotel needs to do more to manage. Clearly due to lots of standing water nearby but being bitten 10 times at night despite having repellant is not great -very uncomfortable beds and pillows -no maid service to room, despite being there 4 nights -no food, other than breakfast, available -area is the quieter end of Mactan but you are then limited for restaurants so need to travel at night etc Overall at 4000 pesos per night, this should be better and has the potential to do so.
