I usually don't do any reviews, but I feel it's necessary for this property. For starters, the address wasn't accurate. We.were dropped off at the address provided by ******* and the resort. The front desk asked for my booking information. I gave them my reservation number. That wasn't good enough, I gave my name and showed them my confirmation information. I had a screenshot of everything. They asked me to pull it up on my phone, that was an impossible task. There was no wifi in the lobby, only in the rooms. I had service, but with all the 18 story buildings around I didn't have service. After all of this, we had to walk to another building with all of our luggage. We finally arrive at the other building and after another 15-20 minutes, we finally get checked in.
We get to our room, we dropped our luggage off and proceeded to check out the property. We ended up walking to a local area with several options for food. Food was great!! We came back to the room and settled in for.the night. We noticed there was a strange/nasty odor.in the room. We couldn't pinpoint where is was coming from. (I'll explain the odor shortly). Around 11:00 pm, we decided to take a shower before going to bed. It turns out there was no hot water. I contacted the resort, two maintenance men came up and couldn't work/fix the problem. I was told they didn't have permission from the owner to fix the problem. Basically we had to deal with it and take cold shower. They would.be back tomorrow, then left.
