A perfectly nice hotel for a short stay in the city. The location is central, close to several restaurants and the environment was quiet at night. We had a good sleep! The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

I stay at this hotel often. I've never had any issues. However, this stay, the last night, I was asleep around 3am a man (staff memeber) came into my room. I think someone must have locked themselves out of their room, and he thought mine was their room number. Scared me so much. I didn't sleep well after that. Also, the hotel is not directly with trip.com. A third-party website uses trip.com. So if you have any issues, trip.com must contact the third party, and the third party contacts the hotel. Although they have a cancellation fee, which the hotel stated to me they did not want to charge, there is no mention of no modifications to dates. After two days of going back and forth with trip.com and the third party, it was decided not to modify dates. I wasn't really that worried, but I will now, moving forward, just book directly with the hotel and pay in cash. That way, if I need to modify, you can do it directly with the the hotel who are much more willing to be helpful.

If you are heading to sapa, you can wait for the big yellow local minibus that cost 40k. The bed is not what I am use to but all else great n clean

The hotel is clean. There is a miniature landscape area for those who love virtual life to check in. I arrived in the evening and left early the next morning, so I couldn't take any virtual life photos.
