The hotel lobby and elevator look quite exquisite at first glance. After getting off the elevator, the carpet in the aisle is bumpy and uneven. The room is extremely small. The most important thing is that the bathroom is similar to the toilet in a hospital ward! ! ! This is the first time in so many years that I have encountered a room with a room price of more than 200 yuan and a toilet equipped with 100 yuan.

The room is indeed old and relatively small, but the facilities are complete. After all, it is a fast hotel. The hotel is very close to the subway. It feels like you can walk 100 meters to it. You can walk 500 meters to Zhongshan Bridge and White Pagoda. It is okay to book here for a short trip. The price is really not cheap, but it is in the city center. The service staff is very good and gave me a steam eye mask. The environment is acceptable. The bed is still very soft. This is the first time I stayed in a Rujia hotel. The service attitude is still good in Lanzhou.

Opened last year, the store is very clean and the service attitude is super good! There is no one of the best attitude in Lanzhou. All the staff are super good and will take the initiative to say hello. No wonder it is called Haiyou Hotel. It is simply Haidilao in the hotel!
The supplies are disposable, bath towels, face towels and tooth cups, disposable packaging is very clean.
The decoration style of the hotel is very fresh, and I will choose Hiyou Hotel next time I travel! The location is also good, opposite the Second Hospital of Landa University, a few hundred meters downstairs is Zhangye Road Dazhong Lane Zhongshan Bridge, the traffic is also convenient, very close to the subway, you can get a taxi at the door of the store.

This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allows me to enjoy a good sleep. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and attentive, which makes me feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast, a gym, and every detail from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed is impeccable. Especially the lady at the front desk, who patiently introduced the surrounding snacks, check-in routes, and transportation, was really meticulous and made me feel at home. Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The service was out of this world. They let me check in at 9 AM, accepted my parcels, send room service with milk and a little snack in the evening and gave me free breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

In addition to the bed, there was room to sit and rest everywhere. There was a smart toilet, and the soundproofing was OK. The rooms facing the street were not noisy. (2) The breakfast was very good value. In addition to authentic beef noodles, unlimited fruit supply, and freshly ground coffee, there were also hot dishes such as braised fish, stewed beef brisket with potatoes, and pork with preserved vegetables. I ate a lot every morning. (3) It was very close to Lanzhou University. I made a free reservation to visit Lanzhou University. The learning atmosphere was strong. There was an off-campus study room 700 meters away from the hotel. (4) The swimming pool was great. I booked this hotel just for the swimming pool. It was free to swim from 9 am to 9 pm as many times as I wanted, and there were few people. (5) The transportation was convenient. It was right outside Line 2. The key was that there were really few people on Line 2. (6) There were many places to eat nearby. If you want to eat beef noodles, there is a Jinqiang restaurant within a hundred meters of walking distance. (7) Since Lanzhou’s main attractions and transportation hubs are all on the subway line, transportation next to the subway is convenient, has no traffic jams and is on time. In short, it is highly recommended.

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
