地理位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，前台服務也很不錯！ 需要改進的是：住的710， 1.房間廁所下水道特別大味道！ 2.床旁邊的牆體能聽到水管的聲音，不夠安靜 3.電視遙控器無法調節聲音，操作不靈敏

酒店門口堵車兩小時，沒地方停車，隔壁停車場晚上十一點停的車到第二天早上九點停車費四十元，房間設施簡陋，特別是洗手盆設計高度不合理，很不舒服，沒有沖澡拖鞋，一次性拖鞋在濕滑地面很不安全。

對比周邊來説這家算是性價比比較高的，房間也不錯，設備都時間不長，位置相當好，周邊是景點，而且步行街小吃街都很近，前台給推薦的牛肉麪味道很不錯，還有阿西婭餐廳，有奴思烤肉，都是附近比較有名的餐廳，味道都很好，酒店大廳有免費的飲品小吃，前台服務態度也很好，入住房間後還有管家小黃送的歡迎水果，就地方不大，但是該有的都有，總之同類裏算很不錯的了，最重要的前台小姐姐，態度真的很好

很幸運，提前十多天訂上了10月1號的家庭房，市中心的家庭房可不多，價位合適的更少。一進門，前台會遞上濕毛巾卷擦臉手洗塵，還有兩種免費的飲料供應，味道很不錯，有張小沙發，也有免費雨傘、擦鞋機，電梯旁有個自助賣糖葫蘆的小冰櫃，吃肉吃多了，不用出酒店就能買到助消化的冰糖葫蘆。樓道鋪着厚地毯，有免費瓶裝水隨意取用。入住的下午，送了預訂的免費水果並附一張真誠的歡迎卡片。各種細節很貼心。除衞生間比較緊湊外，屋子也沒有擔心的那麼小，我們這間在八層，開窗有點吵，但關上窗子就比較安靜了，房間很隔音，後來在街對面發現，原來這家酒店跟蘭州公證處是一個樓。窗邊有貴妃榻和一桌一椅。床很舒服，床墊很厚，雙層窗簾，屋裡和衞生間一共五處插座，完全夠三個人同時充電。房間比較乾淨，打好招呼，每天阿姨會打掃和補充一次性用品，還把我們桌上亂放的充電線卷好了。離中山橋（黃河鐵橋）、地鐵站都衹二百米左右，門口公交也多，出門右首就是木塔巷小吃街，地段太好了，雖然沒早餐，但馬路對面有老橋門、謝赫等三家老字號牛肉麪，整條街還有很多快餐和飯館可解決吃飯問題，且老橋門晚上關得早，但早上開得也早，7點去人已多，應該6點就開了吧，吃過早飯就可以步行過鐵橋，一個小時上下一趟白塔山……評論説的家庭房衞生間異味還好，我用杯子紙蓋兒蓋住了水盆下方的地漏，隨時關衞生間門也就沒問題了。衹有兩個小瑕疵，屋裡燈源環保，光線略暗；窗子把手要小心忽然鬆動。總之，一次比較滿意的入住體驗！
