The room on the 11th floor is newly renovated with a good environment, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the shower room is independent, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and fruits and small desserts are given as gifts, which is a good experience.

Every time I go to Lanzhou New District on business, I live in Yueman Hotel. It is more convenient. After booking, there is a pick-up and drop-off service. The hotel is fully equipped, cleaned, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, warm and thoughtful service, and feels like going home.

First time staying here, the location is easy to find and parking is convenient for entry and exit. The service of the front desk lady is serious and polite, the procedures are fast, the room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, the mattress is comfortable, the heating is hot and there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. The staff is very warm and also gave a small laundry detergent, which is very helpful for travel. Intimate service, I will come again next time, it is worth recommending! ! !

青甘大環線回來後休整一天選擇了寧卧莊，酒店服務特別好，不愧是老牌國賓館，入住當天服務員幫忙拿行李箱送到樓上放間，晚上有一大盤水果，兩個桃子一個特別大的蘋果，還有好多聖女果，兩個酒店自製的精緻的瓷罐酸奶，衞生各方面絕對放心，雖然裝修是老式的，但是屋裡空氣很好，沒有一點異味，實木地板，床品也很舒服，因為蘭州乾燥，房間備有六瓶冰泉水，還貼心的在床頭也放了一瓶，提醒多喝水，酒店是園林式賓館，適合休閑散步，早餐特別豐富，還有牛肉麪和各種甜點，水果蔬菜一看就很新鮮，連白米粥的口感都很好，主要價格不貴，聽説酒店經常有活動房間不好定，很幸運入住了寧卧莊賓館，有機會去蘭州這裏一定是不二選擇。

因為蘭馬自己早早的就預訂了這家老牌四星酒店，離蘭馬起點就3公里多點很方便，比賽當天騎車或者跑步過去都很便捷，早上還可以多睡一會兒，酒店的設施相對老舊，但是進到屋裡給人的感覺就是乾淨整潔，特別是還專門為我們遠道而來的跑馬人準備了暖心歡迎套餐（一個精緻水果盤、兩個牛奶、兩個酸奶、兩瓶礦泉水，還有一個專門給跑者的歡迎提示牌）。自己出門倉促沒帶刮鬍刀，一個電話到前台，不消片刻服務人員就送到房間了。對了，早上還有專門的跑者早餐，可惜我自己吃的泡麪。體驗確實很棒。下次再來蘭馬這裏就是定點酒店了！感謝酒店方面提供的貼心服務，太用心了！

The soundproofing of the room is not good, the TV accompaniment next door can be heard clearly; the facilities are a bit old, the bathroom door card can't be pulled, it has to be very powerful; the details are not hygienic. 3. The front desk lacks training, lacks the courtesy, indifference, and does not seem to promote the level that star hotels should have. 4. For the room booked on  Trip.com , the hotel still has to charge a deposit.

I came here on a business trip. I saw this hotel as soon as I got off the bus. It is located in a prime location on the main traffic road. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service is very good. Because it was my first time here, the lady patiently answered many of my questions. The breakfast tasted very good, too, with Lanzhou beef noodles ~ a very good hotel, I will come again next time!
