Truly excellent, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Impeccable facilities, comfortable room with excellent attention to detail everywhere, and excellent customer service.

I was upgraded to a bigger room , the view is amazing and the bed is so comfortable and clean with big bath tub. I had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed watch the sunrise , sunset and night view with a cup of tea in the lounge.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.

The hotel is conveniently located behind Lanzhou Old Street, quiet in the bustling city. The room facilities are reasonable and the location is spacious. Although it is newly opened, there is no decoration smell; it’s just that the projector in the executive room is a bit useless. The laundry room in the public area on the first floor also solved the problem of the clothes we had accumulated along the way during the self-driving trip on the Gannan Ring Road. The hotel has a large parking lot, spacious rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, good sightlines, and a view of the Yellow River. The facilities are complete, with a humidifier and a Sony player, clean and sanitary, rich breakfast, and good service.

Location is superb but the hotel looks a bit run down. Need to be refurbished. Car accessibility is a problem due to the night market from 4om to 12 midnight.

An old chain hotel. The rooms with Yellow River views are nice and large. A welcome drink was given upon check-in. The swimming pool is a little old, but overall it's good, the water temperature is suitable, there are many places to eat around, and it's close to the Marathon Park, which is convenient for a walk.
