服務拉垮，一個酒店的形象不光體現在裝修設施，服務人員的舉手投足也代表酒店的水平和檔次，7點半到樓下吃早餐，服務人員一直在抱怨我們來的太早，辦好入住手續，去到樓層，向清潔房間的服務人員打聽房間在哪個方向，服務人員不吭一聲，面無表情，用手一指，轉身走了，當然前台辦理手續的服務人員很好，形象也好

房間能見山，位置在中心廣場，可以去跳舞。周邊歺館很多，唯獨早餐不豐富，連蔬菜水果蛋糕不提供。前台服務員的主動性不高，少笑容
