Hotels Near Seratos Island in Langkawi

Check in was smooth since we arrived quite late. We call in advance to inform our eta arrival later than expected due to flight delayed. We got bee building facing the sea. Everything inside the room is clean. Tv channel have astro. Malibest is well known for its location, in the middle busy street Chenang and its hospitality and well clean room! So far it meet my expectation. Just one thing, the hotel parking too limited. Overall, this place will be my favourite place to stay in langkawi sith affordable price.

This hotel located just in front of Pantai Chenang. Very convenience to access to the beach. There are so many stall along the roadside. Plenty of duty free shop there. The hotel room just nice for my stay. Its very clean and comfortable. The receptionist also very friendly and willing to help. My friend had left his ‘loket’, the hotel staff willing to help us to find the things and keep for him to take back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best way to describe this hotel is, a 3-star hotel with a 4-5 star resort personality and quality :) While searching online prior to booking, I found that it is 3-star and boutique level (I have learned in the past during my few stays in LGK, 3-star on actual site is often actually 2-star and less) which admittedly, already sealed my expectations but I was banking on it being revamped and newly launched few months ago so worth a check-out. While the front facade is newly painted and looks like a shop lot converted hotel, my oh my, the moment you enter the Reception area, everything is so well designed and nowhere near its first impression - and the Bayou was definitely being sneaky on me with its amazing pool backyard view! Room was great and as aesthetically pleasing as advertised, breakfast was a good spread and staff was superbly friendly. It felt like we were in a resort hotel in spite of its location. Another thing that I enjoy here is the openness of the Lobby area with ample seating areas, separated by flexible sliding glass doors which made the area more spacious than it actually is - the design is very clever. This wild card was definitely worth it!

I had a wonderful time here. However i was abit dissapointed at first because initially booked the standard seaview room and when i arrived the room was old and dusty. So i upgraded to premier (had to add RM300 for two rooms) and it was 100% better than the standard one. It is a newly renovated room & the view was spectular especially during morning. My room had a huge balcony with connecting door to my other room. My advice is for you to pay abit more and get the premier room instead. Trust me, it’ll be so worth it. The services were great too! Don't be fooled by the 4.5 rating, because I certainly was! The only thing this hotel offers is big rooms! And not much else! The location is a big disadvantage, because all the main attractions are far away. You would either have to get a taxi every time, or rent a car or scooter. Car is better because of the distances, but it's more expensive. We were very happy that the hotel offers scooter rentals. However, sometimes the scooters are all in use, so then you're stuck. We were only able to get a scooter from our second day at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Back to the rooms - they had white lighting, which is a bit tasteless and makes it a bit too casual. You can fix that with the bedside lamps, though. The rooms also have mini fridges, which is always a plus point. My main issue was the bathroom; the placement / height of the wash basin, with the tiny shelf directly on top of the faucet - barely giving any space in between - was VERY uncomfortable to use. There is a normal way in which things are meant to be positioned, but this was completely absurd. The toilet and shower were all *one* area, albeit big. No boundaries, no borders, no cut-off point separating the two. So when you shower, the whole bathroom floor gets wet - and stays that way. I wouldn't have minded, had they provided wipers. The toilet paper was not great quality, and its holder was worse - when trying to put the roll in, it broke in the first instance. The toilet seat was slightly flimsy. The shower pressure was good, but the water not as hot as desired - despite keeping the geyser on the whole time. There was no proper space to keep things like shampoo. Breakfast: They have the shortest breakfast timings I've seen at any hotel 😂, namely 8am-10am (two hours). It is served inside the room. They give us a choice from four local items (from which we have to choose *one* for each day), plus toast & butter/jam, plus tea or coffee. We have to make the tea/coffee ourselves with the kettle in our room. They already apply the butter/jam on the toast for you, which is good for lazy people like me. And it was quite tasty! The local items were okay; it varies from palate to palate, whether one would like them or not. I liked three out of four, though they were quite oily. All that said, it was THE most basic breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. It only works as a preventive measure from going crazy with hunger right when you get up in the morning 😂 Speaking of food - because of the location of the place, there are no restaurants you can get to by foot (as far as I know), and even GrabFood Delivery had very limited options (we survived on ordering McDonalds for lunch). One good thing was that, unlike other hotels, there was a water dispenser in the lobby, free to use whenever we wanted. Hence, we never ran out of water. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bayview Hotel in Langkawi with my family, and I must say it was an experience worth cherishing. Our accommodation, the Family Suite, provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's excellent amenities. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed splashing around while we relaxed in the nearby loungers. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options to suit every palate, ranging from local delicacies to international cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured an extensive spread of delicious dishes to kickstart our mornings. Overall, our experience at the Bayview Hotel Langkawi was nothing short of fantastic. From the comfortable accommodations to the excellent amenities and friendly staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, the room immaculate with a stunning view, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet so sar ok, and the pool provided perfect relaxation. Every interaction was marked by warmth and professionalism, making our visit truly memorable and Wednesday have pasar malam very and this pasar malam very close to this hotel😚

Room, bkfst all are ok. Only downside is the Internet very slow and Android tv couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. Needs to connect using phone hot-spot.

The resort was amazing! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was specious and well- designed. The amenities including restaurants, swimming pools, spa and gym exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and mouthwatering. The restaurants cater to variety of tastes. I had a delightful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
