Langkawi Hotels with Airport pickup service

Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

I recently stayed at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is stunningly beautiful, with lush greenery and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. It’s the perfect getaway for families looking for a serene and luxurious vacation spot. A special mention goes to Chef Mahesh Singh Rawat, the Indian Sous Chef, who went above and beyond to cater to our dietary requirements. His thoughtful gesture of making delicious tea for my family was truly appreciated and added a warm touch to our stay. The tea was delightful, and it’s these small acts of kindness that make a big difference. My family and I had an amazing time at the resort, enjoying the various amenities and the picturesque surroundings. We created some wonderful memories together that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa for families seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday.

The hotel is some distance away from the F&B / eateries outside. Needed to book a cab if we wanted to eat out. However the overall environment / ambiance of the resort is very relaxing, private beach feels utterly exclusive. Staffs were helpful too, could reach them via what’s app chat which they’d reply almost instantly. Buggy service was also always on time.

My stay at the St. Regis Langkawi was underwhelming. Despite the high price tag, the room was average at best, with outdated decor and amenities. The service was lacking, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail. I arrived with my guests for a short 3 days 2 nights getaway. It started when we arrived we were told the hotel is experiencing high occupancy and was told to wait till it was past check-in time for check in. We were also told to check daily with the concierge to see if we could get a late checkout. We booked 3 rooms but in the end only 2 were granted the request. I was told to wait at a meeting room while waiting for my guests from the other 2 rooms which I rejected. After repeated requests with the concierge the manager stepped in and put us at another room with default while waiting for our guests. The breakfast staffs were excellent and prompt in delivering world class service. However the dining options were overpriced and the overall atmosphere felt impersonal. I expected more from a luxury hotel like the St. Regis, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I told the manager that I might not consider St Regis Langkawi again.

I booked 2 rooms for the water villa suit. I request for lower level room due to old folk in families. 2nd floor room seems old & smaller, but need go through staircase to reached the room. 3rd floor room looks new, larger room and have nicer view, but it was dirty in the balcony. The rooms is far from the lobby and all facilities, but they provided 24 hours buggy service. Staff giving a fast response when request any bell service. Overall still good since we only stay for 1 night. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The resort is very good. Service is excellent. 2 pools. Good food. Breakfast includes in all rooms. Very good breakfast with sparkling wine. The private beach is among the best in Langkawi. Not expensive for a 5 stars resort. We like it because it's not in the crowd area like Cenang beach. We took GRAB to Cenang for shopping. It cost only US$6.35. We are planning to stay at Tanjong Rhu when we come back to Langkawi. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend aloft , hospitality, the amenities , pool and breakfast spread is excellent . We had a awesome stay and already are missing the hotel .

Overall, the 5 days and 4 nights was a great experience! I went on this trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When booking the hotel, I asked the hotel to simply decorate the room and provide a piece of cake during dinner. Obviously, the hotel didn't read the note. If you need special requests, I think it’s better to call the hotel directly to confirm. My daughter was a little disappointed by this. In other aspects, it is still very good and we will come back again.

Very attentive and friendly helpful staff in entire hotel. Room is very spacious and clean, buffet breakfast is superb, nice coffee too. The locals there are also very friendly and always willing to help/guide the tourists and they are open to sharing information of Langkawi.

We have visited and reviewed The Datai many times and the fact that we continue to come back year after year despite the very long journey speaks volumes. The setting is stunning and the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were happy to chill out and relax surrounded by nature. We have visited many super properties in other countries and enjoyed them very much but The Datai ticks all the boxes for us and feels like our idea of paradise! Over the years we have stayed in most room categories and they are all great but our favourite is a Rainforest Pool Villa. Relaxing in the pool watching the monkeys, birds and butterflies whilst listening to the sounds of the forest and the stream is just sublime. We visited in April and were prepared for rain as the dry season has ended but we had beautiful sunny weather for the vast majority of our 10 day stay. We had 3 days with rain in the late afternoon/early evening but these passed quickly. At this time of the year a lot of flowers are in bloom and many trees are in fruit thus attracting more wildlife. We thoroughly recommend the Spa and enjoyed massages during one of the rain showers which added to the relaxation! The Datai is the most eco friendly hotel we have ever been to and a visit to ‘The Lab’ is well worthwhile and educational as well as fun! We also ‘learned how to be naturalists’ at the Nature Centre and placed hidden cameras in the forest to help monitor the behaviour of the wildlife. This was a fascinating experience and well worth doing! There are many other things to enjoy but we just stuck to our lovely pool and ventured out mainly to eat. We didn’t even go to the beautiful beach at all! The food was great everywhere we ate and if the hotel is busy the Beach Club is a great, peaceful alternative for breakfast although it is just ‘a la carte’ with no buffet option. As every year some old friends amongst the staff have left and we miss them, but new stars always emerge! Thanks to everyone but we must mention Yoon, Azmir, Edy, Gunawan, Shaiful, Izzie, Amelia, Wendy and the legendary Sivagaran!
