Recently, I went to the Dream of Red Mansions Drama Fantasy City for fun. As usual, I stayed at Wanyuehui Hotel. Overall, the hotel level is good. ① Bedding and supplies: As always, I personally like Wanyuehui's bedding and washing brands very much, but the pillow support of this store is a bit poor. It may be too long. It is not convenient for friends who like to sleep with high pillows. You can ask for more pillows. ② Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the executive suite of the hotel is acceptable. ③ Service level: The attitude of the hotel staff is very good. I like it here. The problems encountered during the stay have been effectively solved. The attitude is really sincere. The service details need to be optimized, such as the night bed service and welcome fruit, etc. need to improve the standards. ④ Member experience: It is quite satisfactory. The lounge is not open and replaced by the set meal of the hotel's Chinese restaurant (the taste is acceptable). The hotel breakfast category and taste standard level are good. The attention and rights implementation of Wanyuehui members are not bad. ⑤ Location: Next to Langfang Wanda Plaza, in the city center, it is very convenient to travel. ⑥ Special praise! I would like to praise the manager on duty on the night of check-in (I forgot to ask his name). I was not feeling well and needed ibuprofen urgently at 3 a.m., but the hotel medicine box was not prepared. The manager on duty offered to help me buy it at the pharmacy outside! I like the service awareness, but I don’t want to be troubled, hahaha, so I ordered takeout by myself in the end. I only stayed for one night, and the overall experience was not bad. I also talked a lot with the manager on duty before checking out. I can feel the intention to improve the problem from the attitude of the staff. In general, as a hotel in 2014, as long as it is repaired regularly, the hardware is not a problem. For Jiahua, the reason for choosing this hotel is more about hygiene and service. If you come to Langfang for business or travel, I still recommend it.

The luxury of the lobby on the first floor of the hotel instantly conquered me. The front desk was professional and enthusiastic, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient. It was awesome! The front desk upgraded the suite for free. The room was brand new and fully equipped. The bedding was so clean that people could sleep peacefully. The breakfast area had so many choices that it was dazzling, combining Chinese and Western food. It was a very satisfying experience.

It is really a blessing to be able to stay in a satisfactory hotel when traveling. I stayed there for several days in total. The environment and sanitation are very good, and the service attitude of the front desk team is also very good. The hotel environment is good, there is also a swimming pool and a gym. There is also a self-service machine for check-in, which is more intelligent. It is also very close to Dream of Red Mansions and Shuiyunjian. Travel is convenient and fast. I was in a hurry to have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. I forgot my room number, but I had the room card. I told the waiter that I forgot my room number but I had the room card. Could you check it for me? The waiter insisted. A foreign guest in front of me could go to the restaurant to eat without telling the room number. I was discriminated against by the waiter in my own country.

The room was barely ok, it was a bit old, the repairs were serious, and the sofa was dirty. The kids dug out a few black pebbles from the gaps in the sofa. I guess the cleaning staff didn't check the room carefully, which was a bit different from what I expected. I wanted to stay for two days, but I checked out early after one day. I didn't know where to go except for Dream of Red Mansions and Shuiyunjian Commercial Street. Everyone said that the breakfast was very rich, but I think it was really average, and it couldn't be compared with other five-star hotels. There were few types of bread and snacks, all of which were carbon water, and I was full after a few bites (roujiamo, sesame cakes). The coffee was very light and couldn't be drunk. Wouldn't it be better to get a coffee machine? What era is it still American coffee with water? The swimming pool is OK, but there is no service. One big and one small are given a cabinet and a bath towel. Children's handicrafts are not expensive, they made sachets and Turkish lamps, and the service attitude is not bad. I gave it five points because everyone worked hard during the holidays. 800 yuan is really not cheap if it is not a holiday. I hope it can be improved in the future. As a colleague, I want to say that I can tell where the management is wrong at a glance. It’s not easy to stop wasting time, so let’s just leave it at that.

I stayed at the Wen'an Luneng Hilton Hotel during May Day. The climate in the park is very comfortable this season. There are still many play projects in the park. It is very suitable for children to play. I took children to play electric cruises, go-karts, and bonfire parties at night. It is very atmospheric! Manager Yuan also helped us prepare a lake view room, facing the lake, the scenery is super good! Due to the large number of guests during May 1st, the room attendant was also very hard and very helpful to help us clean the room quickly, so that we can move in quickly, and thank you very much for the room sister Lu Ailing and Liu Jingjing, and give you a thumbs up! The room was cleaned very clean! When the room was waiting, Manager Yuan took us to Linxuan to rest. Linxuan's little brother Zhang Kaixuan and Ma Xuan helped us make American coffee. The service was very polite and the service was very good! Overall, the hotel is very angry, the environment is very good, it is worth checking in again!

Although it is in Hebei, it is very close to Beijing, and it only takes an hour to drive there. It is a hot spring resort hotel covering a large area, with a strong sense of design. The rooms are large, reasonably designed and comfortable, and you can also soak in the hot springs in the room. There are quite a lot of people on the seventh day of the Chinese New Year. The service staff at the front desk and the hot spring restaurant are very friendly. The flavor restaurant for dinner also tastes good, with constant diners and fast turnover. The service is orderly, available on call, and the attitude is kind. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for people of all ages. I will come again in the future.

The prices in Yanjiao are really too low. I always feel that the prices in the north are generally much lower than those in the south. In fact, except for the cultural quality that is the same as the prices, everything else is pretty good. The main thing is that the living pressure is very small. You can be considered middle class in the local area by doing anything. It is normal to drive a Bentley in ten or eight years. However, I don't know what will happen if Langfang is divided into three parts in the future... Anyway, the hotel is really cost-effective, and the hot springs and buffets are up to standard. Recommended...

I feel like I have to comment on something. Is this a five-star Sheraton? But I am really speechless: First of all, parking is difficult. There are parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, and the number is not bad. We arrived at around 5 pm, which is not too late, but there was no place to park. The security guard asked us to go around to the back of the hotel. We didn’t know the situation. We went around and there was no place to park. We went back to the front of the hotel building. The security guard said that we had to park on the main road behind the building... Then we walked over. It was freezing cold and pitch black... There were many temporary parking spaces in front of the building, but they didn’t allow us to park. They said that there would be a crew tomorrow... But there were clearly cars parked there! I am so angry! If this was Wangfujing, I would not say anything. You have such a big place, and there is no way to park? You don’t plan parking, and let guests drag their luggage for hundreds of meters in the dark... I am speechless! Then we checked in. The hotel didn't have a child fence, which was fine, but the shower was terrible. When the shower was turned on, the water came out from the big gap between the shower and the wall. It felt like the shower would fall off if it was turned on for a while. The shower head was also very strong when it was turned on, and then it immediately became a small stream of water when it was adjusted to hot water... Then the pillows were so high that I felt dizzy after sleeping... The bed was soft... The TV was small... The curtains had big holes... The most speechless thing was the comb provided by the hotel. It was a transparent plastic comb less than 800 years ago... I don't know if there are any hotels that still use it now... I was shocked! The hotel staff were all very nice, and they kept saying sorry to you in a very nice manner... In short, I didn't feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel! It really opened my eyes. The level of Sheraton shocked me! I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend it!

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
