Very satisfied. The location is convenient and easy to find, the room is big enough and bright enough, the equipment and facilities are sufficient, there are restaurants nearby, and takeout is also very convenient.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the aromatherapy in the lobby smells very comfortable. The decoration style is simple, the room layout is very comfortable, the overall hygiene is very clean, the facilities and equipment are very smart and complete, and Alice's service is very thoughtful. It is a hotel worth recommending!

賓館很新，房間非常乾淨。空調和熱水都非常給力。床的舒適度很高，床品毛巾也真的是，非常非常新。並且提供了乾濕拖鞋。從細節看確實是非常用心的。 早餐種類不是很多，但味道很好。怎麼説呢，食材算不上高檔，但是原材料品質真不錯，還是那兩個字：用心。（水果很新鮮很新鮮） 酒店的工作人員實在是太太太nice了。看了別的評價過來的，其實我也是好奇“工作人員素質高”到底是怎樣的。確實…！真的是素質高。經歷過太多千篇一律的標準式服務，這家酒店着實讓我體驗了一把什麼叫賓至如歸。 大堂的魚池實在是太美啦！工作人員還很貼心的提供了魚食，真是美好的行程。

設施：首先非常感謝賓館特別貼心地把我安排到設施完好度非常高的12層，之前投訴的7層某些房間的現象不存在了。但是我還是有點擔心是否會因為不是非吸煙樓層而被隔壁的二手煙影響到，結果非常幸運，那兩天都沒有煙味！大堂外面廣場上的磚應該好好維修了，尤其是行車途中經過的地方很多磚都高低不一容易造成行人絆倒。 衞生：沒有發現任何問題，值得表揚👍 環境：一如既往的好！臘梅花開始開花了！看到一位很有愛心的母親帶着孩子，孩子手上拿着一枝臘梅，心中五味雜陳… 服務：就是早餐服務員有點太急於下班了。既然規定了結束時間就應該結束時間到了之後才開始所有的收餐行為！當然，我也理解這是國有企業難以解決的問題。

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center. The cleanliness is commendable, and the shower exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

The girl at the front desk is so sunny! The staff's service exceeds the hardware conditions, the hotel is very atmospheric, the gym and laundry room have a lot of bottled water to pick up! The hotel is in a busy city, simple shopping or ordering is very convenient. There is a restaurant (breakfast and supper), a gym, and a self-service laundry room can dry clothes, which is convenient. There is an underground garage (crowded) but it is still convenient, especially when it rained. The mattress is OK, my wife said that turning over does not affect each other, it is really true. There is a tea set set, a large number of bottled water calmly drank the hotel's oolong tea. The overall feeling is a little unexpected...

I took my family to avoid the crowds before May 1st. I chose this Atour. The overall experience is very good. The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.

The decoration style is Chinese and the environment is very elegant. The seven cultivations are ”virtue, food, merit, book, incense, music, and flower”. Each of them has corresponding activities and courses in the hotel. Every day from morning to night, there are calligraphy, tea art, flower arrangement, traditional exercises, etc. The room is also great, with the Heart Sutra and incense sticks prepared, so you can burn incense and copy the sutra at the same time. The hotel room is very large, the furniture is very new, especially worth mentioning three points, the first room supplies are very quality, whether it is bedding or toiletries, towels, slippers, the quality is very good, especially the bed and pillows, the room temperature is warm, there is no window at night. The second is that the room service is particularly good, the food delivery robot, the floor sister is very thoughtful, with the children to live, gave an extra set of towels and bath towels, and asked if there are other needs, I feel very kind. The third is the front desk service. The guests will serve tea and feel at home. Seeing that there are children, they also sent snack bags. They are all brands that are not miscellaneous snacks! The most embarrassing thing is that our takeaway did not bring tableware, and the front desk helped solve it. If we must pick the problem, it is that we live on the side of the street. It is a bit noisy to pass the car at night, which does not affect our rest. Especially quiet tenants suggest to choose the other side. Oh, there is another one, the bath water is superb, so cool!

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.
