Langfang Hotels with Breakfast

Amy at the front desk has a good service attitude, the hotel has free parking on the ground, the room facilities are complete, the check-in experience is good, and I will stay here next time. The front desk is a good boy who returns the lost money, praise! Next to the hotel is Wanda Plaza, where there are many places to eat.

The venue for the business trip was at Arcadia Hotel, so I chose this hotel for check-in. The service staff welcomed me warmly, checked the order, and quickly issued the room card. After introducing the internal facilities and business hours, they arranged for afternoon tea on the executive floor. The room eye masks, bath balls and other small items were available. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the gym facilities were brand new, and the small rubber band hairpins could be taken from the portable item treasure box. I will come again if I have the chance. 😄

It is really a blessing to be able to stay in a satisfactory hotel when traveling. I stayed there for several days in total. The environment and sanitation are very good, and the service attitude of the front desk team is also very good. The hotel environment is good, there is also a swimming pool and a gym. There is also a self-service machine for check-in, which is more intelligent. It is also very close to Dream of Red Mansions and Shuiyunjian. Travel is convenient and fast. When ordering takeout, there are interesting robots to help deliver to the room. I am super satisfied. The breakfast is also good, with many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective. I recommend everyone to stay here

Facilities: The wireless broadband problem is too big, we need to learn from other Langfang hotels. If this problem is not solved, it is not qualified to be called a five-star hotel. Hygiene: OK, hope to maintain it well. Environment: OK, it is convenient to go everywhere. Service: Except for the front desk, everything else is average.

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

The room is well-equipped, and the furniture and decoration are European style just like the name of the hotel. You can refer to the real scene pictures I took; The hotel is located between ”Only Dream of Red Mansions Drama Fantasy City” and Langfang Station, which makes it convenient for us to take taxis to these two places; The front desk service, when I asked if the room could be upgraded, a young lady wearing black-framed glasses first said no, and then a beautiful young lady next to her said yes and asked the black-framed sister to upgrade it. It really made us feel very good!

Environment: The environment is very good, so luxurious! It should be the ceiling of Langfang Hotel. Hygiene: As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the Jiangnan style. Not only is the lobby clean and bright, but the room is also spotless. Service: The waiter has a very good attitude. When they meet, they will take the initiative to smile and say hello. They are very friendly. The hotel is very large. Bring your children to experience various handcraft courses. The experience is very good👍

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center. The cleanliness is commendable, and the shower exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

I took my family to avoid the crowds before May 1st. I chose this Atour. The overall experience is very good. The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.
