The room was nice an clean but soon as I ordered for roaches came out from everywhere. Also the door didn’t have the security latch an the door looked cracked so I didn’t care to much to stay again at that rate I expect more

I visited the Townplace Suites in Lakeland in February. A good location wrt I-4. Breakfast was reasonably good given the COVID precautions. The internet worked well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Brittany was outstanding at check in and remembered me each time I passed through the lobby. She is very professional, personable and a credit to Marriott. KrispyKreme nearby. A plus for me!!

They were very friendly and accommodated my early check-in because of a wedding. they were doing improvements to the property but it did not interfere with my stay.

I am very satisfied with our three night stay. Our rooms were spotless and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Kelly an Kelly at the front desk are amazing. If you want a stress free stay in a super clean hotel, this is a tremendous value. They even include a great breakfast!
