SpringHill Suites Lakeland

Hello. The hotel and staff were great HOWEVER, THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $50 AND I DON'T KNOW WHY.

Always clean, great location, kids love the pool, staff always friendly!

We stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lakeland at least 1–2 times a year for dance competitions, and it has always been a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and consistently well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything we need for a busy competition weekend is there. The staff is friendly and professional, check-in is smooth, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The location is also very convenient for competitions and nearby amenities. We’re happy to keep coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and teams traveling for events.

The room was clean and comfortable. The waitress staff for breakfast was very accommodating too. I loved how spacious your conference room is...impressive!

The room was very clean. It was very comfortable a very nice hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was housekeeping came in before 11 checkout time to clean and also the breakfast. Giving sausage and gravy with barely any sausage in it. Better protein options. Other than that great stay.

I am allergic to feathers and down pillows etc. When I entered the room I had a reaction within 5 minutes. There were 4 of 6 down pillows and both duvet covers that were the culprit. I called the front desk and told the girl of the situation. In less than 10 minutes an employee replaced the pillows and took the duvets, and told me to take a blanket from the closet if needed. Kudo's to the staff for acting quickly to avoid a possible dangerous situation for me.
