Advantages: The B&B is a large suite, which feels like home. The interior decoration is very attentive and tasteful. The front yard has a lake view, and the backyard is open to the sky to take pictures of the stars. Disadvantages: You need to climb stairs to move your luggage to the second floor. The bathroom shower room in the living room is blocked. I stargaze until late and take a shower at midnight. The shower water is very good, but because the floor drain is blocked, I have to turn off the water after half a minute of showering. I stand in the shower room and wait for 3 minutes for the water to seep in very slowly, so I took the fastest shower in my life. There are hairs on the bed and the bedding smells a bit. I think it may be time to wash the pillow core.

Facilities: average. Can't cook food with strong smell, such as frying steak. If the smell is strong, you will be charged. Hygiene: OK. The bathroom is relatively small. Environment: Very good. I went out for a walk in the morning. Service: Very good. Satisfied. But the internet is really bad.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Church of the Good Shepherd by car. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and clean. There is a supermarket near the hotel, so it is convenient to eat.

A great house with a homey feel. The host, Cathy, is very welcoming, arranges the room in an orderly manner, helps you plan your travel itinerary, and always shows up when you need her.

Awesome house, very suitable for families, so everything is complete and very convenient The scenery is beautiful when you wake up in the morning. It's perfect for sitting outside and having breakfast with the scenery. It's also very quiet at night.

Good, good location, very close to Lake Tekapo, clean room. There are supermarkets nearby, we bought food from the supermarket and cooked at home, very convenient!

The room is fully equipped. You can't see the lake on the first floor. There is a golf course on the mountain behind, where you can watch the stars and the lake. Recommended

Very good environment, very satisfied

This place turned out to be the best place we stayed on our trip around the lakes. The views of Lake Tekapo from the rooms and the balcony were amazing! We couldn’t get enough of the views. The apartment is located on a very quiet back street, just a short distance from the town center, part way up a hill, easy enough to walk 10min down to the restaurants. Our 2-bedroom apartment was amazing – spacious, luxurious, and bright. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We had a full kitchen, 2 living areas and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms – and a garage as well. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the garage. We loved the electronic kiosk set up with all the information we needed about the apartment and the local area. Check-in and check-out were very easy and our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Overall we had an amazing stay and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended to all travelers looking for a great base in Tekapo.

We were in a lake front suite which was much more than we expected. Everything was perfect, from the four poster bed, luxurious bathroom, see through gas fire and the deck with fabulous views. Super clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault a thing. Exceptional value for money.

This place has everything you would ever want! The kitchen is overstocked with every cooking need that a regular home has. It has a garage for your car, a washer & dryer in your apartment, a cute fireplace, books, King bed with ensuite, a second bedroom with 2 single beds plus another bathroom. There are added touches, like slippers on your bed, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, olive oil. It's close to the lake and in a very quiet area. Loved this place!!

I have never made a bad review ever on **********. So I hope that the owner will read this. Upon arriving at 1 PM. I asked what we do about breakfast because I wasn’t sure. I was told by the property manager that I would’ve had to have, pre-ordered it when I made my booking. Not having my paper in front of me I thought that I may have done that and I said I was aware of the breakfast. But the manager said that I had not and it was thus not available. I I specifically booked this property because of the continental breakfast. I could’ve found many less expensive options. The property manager made it clear that the breakfast was no longer available. Although even on their website, it says that I have until 5 o’clock to order it. I did not want any problems so I just excepted her explanation graciously. Later that evening, I contacted ********** to register a complaint. They reached out to the property manager, who then shockingly told ********** that they had informed me that I would have to order it by 5 o’clock that day, and that they waited for my car that they didn’t receive. Why on earth, would I not have ordered it right then if she had told me that? It appeared that the property manager either did not want to do the extra work for breakfast, or did not, as she said, have the supplies necessary, because I had not reserved it when I made my booking. if you want to reach us, please reach out to me.
