Lahore Hotels with Bars

Despite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service. Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.

The location is good, the room is clean, the security is tight, and there is a garden. There are not many choices for breakfast. The service and food of the Chinese restaurant are okay. The chef is Chinese and can make Chinese noodles👍👍👍

House keeping and ground staff at counter Specially miss Raazia for house keeping keep us very tidy and give us good room services we are very thankful for that.

The WI-FI signal is unstable, the single room is big, sometimes the hotel is full and can't be rushed at the front desk. Breakfast is the local speciality of adding chicken, potatoes and eggs.

Hotel service is very hygienic, Chinese breakfast is also good, stay here for a few days feel at home, all services are really good, the hotel ***ager service is very good.Asghar WASEEM Good

The rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time.

The overall feeling is good, and the hotel facilities are quite new, that is, those who have breakfast should be ordered in the room. If you can go to the restaurant, it would be great, otherwise it will taste and the people are very welcoming.
