hardly 2 mins walk from mmalam (the famous street of lahore) had an amazing stay with breakfast and dinner rooftop services. Staff is quite cooperative. Food is fine and you can easily reach to any point in lahore from this location.

RRay_QIf you come to Lahore to attend an exhibition, the hotel is a few hundred meters away from the exhibition hall, which is very close. The room was quite clean, better than expected. The waiters are very polite. The room orders include burgers, barbecue, and fried rice and noodles. It would be better if there were more choices for Chinese food. Chinese people have to ride in bulletproof vehicles to go out. This hotel owner has his own bulletproof vehicle and arranged morning and evening pick-up and drop-off between the exhibition hall and the hotel. The charge is not expensive. The boss who picked up and dropped off the airport was also very hands-on and his service attitude was pretty good. If you need a small amount of cash, you can exchange it with the boss at the front desk, which is very convenient.

AAbid (郑和）Overall, my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls, particularly on M M Alam Road. However, the single beds in the standard twin rooms felt a bit small. The check-in process was smooth, and the valet parking was very good. Breakfast offered a typical Lahori spread with a variety of food options, which was nice. If you have booked in advance, be prepared to pay some taxes at the reception. Additionally, you'll need to deposit a certain amount as a security hold, which will be refunded at checkout. I found this a bit unusual. Overall, I believe the hotel is slightly overpriced, considering the quality of service and facilities provided.

During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

GGuest UserDespite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service.
Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.

BBobbiThe room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.
