Staff was outstanding! From the front office (Jimmy and Aaron) to valet (Brody) and maintenance, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The views are beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Great hotel!!! We stayed here for one night when we went to the pageant of the Masters Show. Check in was super easy, one free parking place included, bottled water ready in the room when we arrived. We stayed in room 212 and the 2 queen beds were SUPER comfortable. We slept so well that night. Cute retro room with fun wall decor of souvenir plates from all over the world. We don’t use the kitchen but it had everything you would need We would return for sure next year if we come back for the show Perfect location!

5 STARS!!! don’t even know where to start!! Irlanda, Anastaysia, and Patrick went above and beyond for me and my spouse!!! After arriving at a horrible VRBO in venice beach, VEBO let me choose this hotel in Laguna beach. The entire staff including housekeepers treated us like their own family!!! I can’t express the gratitude for this hotel!! I highly recommend Art Hotel!! Nice breakfast, trolley nearby, and an all around family atmosphere!!! Like i said, they went above and beyond to accommodate our one week stay!! I love all of them and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the hotel!!! Much love to everyone who works there including the housekeepers and we WILL be staying there again when we come back to California!! Might I also add, the hotel is sooo close to so many beautiful beaches and piers!!! All are within walking, trolley or driving distance!! Sincerely Mark and Melissa George

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Laguna and possibly all of California. The room was quiet, comfortable, and chic. Soft bed, beautiful bathroom , great kitchenette. The decor was modern and tasteful. The television actually had all the channels that a smart tv should have. The location was perfect! Easy parking, and walking distance from the best beach in Laguna, a Gelsons market, many great restaurants . WOW! No need to drive once you arrive. The hotel provides each room with beach chairs and an umbrella . The staff was friendly, and Chris ( who booked us in ) was amazing! The Laguna Beach Lodge understands what a vacation is about, I hope to go back soon. Thanks

I received amazing service from Genie and the other amazing person at the front desk. They both accommodated my needs and I got the room I requested no problem. I checked earlier than usual and my room was ready. To finish it off they gave my son a pack of gummies all in the first 5 minutes of being there. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

Disappointing experience. 1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking. 2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night. 3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen. 4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels. 5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on. Pros: Clean. Great location right near the beach. Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street. Friendly service, front desk person was very helpful.
