Arrived here and was immediately impressed with the hotel and surrounding area. Everything inside and out was spotless and the receptionist was very welcoming. The golf club house was about 5 minutes walk away and it was a lovely place to just sit and take in the lovely views whilst enjoying a nice cold beer. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and the pastries were lovely. The only downside if I wanted to be picky is that the dining area was on a lower ground floor and you couldn't see the wonderful views that surrounded the hotel. However I could not fault anything else, it was just perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A good place to go! Nice room, quiet, with a comfortable bathroom and large bed. But no minibar or bottles of water, and we didn't find a news channel in English (or French). But access to Netflix. The breakfast is really good and tasty with fresh food (and good coffee) Staff members are nice and professional. The city has narrow streets that is charming for sightseeing, a little bit less pleasant for traffic (parking nearby the hotel to upload luggage is difficult)

My wife and I brought our son (19) and daughter (14) to Andorra for a long weekend of skiing in Grandvalira. An old friend recommended this boutique hotel as the best place in Andorra in terms of elegance, service, food, privacy, and ski-in ski-out convenience. Her recommendation proved true! Even before we arrived, the hotel had booked a guide to show our children the connecting slopes, arranged lift tickets, organized the rental of equipment, and reserved a locker for overnight storage. Our two rooms were beautifully appointed, with balcony views of the slopes. We opted for half-pension in the hotel's restaurant, enjoying breakfast and dinner each day. The food and service were excellent, on par with the best restaurants in Barcelona! The meals were truly gourmet (with a separate menu for the children which they loved), accompanied by a very good wine selection. The children absolutely loved the slopes despite the lack of snow the week before. Their guide helped them discover the interconnected slopes that did have sufficient snow, and they were able to ski from Grau Roig to Soldeu, El Tarter, Pas de la Casa, Canillo, and Encamp. It was not the Colorado experience they are used to, but they still had a wonderful time! Finally, the hotel provided a very pleasurable spa experience. The spa staff, the services, and the ambiance were perfect! We visited other hotels in the area and none met the standards here! We definitely will return and recommend this place without hesitation. Hotel Grau Roig is a gem!

GGuest UserWe spent 4 nights at this unique hotel in Cerdanya. The property itself is stunning, the grounds are well kept, the inside has been modernized but retains the charms and attractive features of its 1910 origins as a mansion. The service was ****** with kudos to Mario for helping us get sorted on our first day. The restaurant is definitely a major draw to the property, we had dinner there twice during our stay. The food is great, the staff are very kind and attentive, overall a wonderful experience. Reservations need to made ahead of your stay as capacity is limited. Overall, it makes for a great base for exploring the region. Only thing I wish they had was a fitness facility.

GGuest UserWe were 4 people in this hotel 4 nights. I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff, cleaning and gastronomy. The quality of the restaurant is assured. The cleaning is exhaustive. The treatment and details of all kinds, staff is much more than familiar.
