Arashiyama/Sagano/Takao
The hotel is nested in a quiet corner, within walking distance of Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Im however a bit disappointed with the limited facilites it offered when compared to the price we paid. We stayed in the Tsukinone Twin Room which is on the third floor of the building. The view is pleasant. The room is of decent size. Yet there were no public onsens. We need to pay YEN5000 for 45 minutes and there are only 2 private onsens. For more luxurious rooms with private onsen, the one I visited was on the ground level with no views as it were by the pathway to the reception , separated by wooden planks. We paid around Yen5000 for the breakfast in the hotel, Both western and japanese breakfasts were offered. We tried both. It is of standard. The 4 different juices presented on the top of the bento box was impressive. The vaccinity is pleasant. We could walk to the train station, the tourist rown area , the nearby parks and the world heritage sites. Nice area .

Here is a reminder for everyone staying here that check-in is different from where you stay. Please pay attention to email messages before check-in After checking in, a driver will take you to your accommodation for free. The room is quite clean and you can cook in it. It's great~ I will consider staying here again when I go to Kyoto.

Arashiyama/Sagano/Takao
It was a perfect experience. I came to Mount Takao during the cherry blossom season. There were not many people and it was very quiet. The maple trees in the mountains had just sprouted new buds. From time to time, there were a few tall cherry blossoms as white as snow. You can also see the cherry blossoms of various colors blooming on Mount Yoshino from a distance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. The dinner is a Kyoto-style kaiseki cuisine, and the breakfast has the famous local soup tofu, which are very rich and beautiful. The hotel faces the stream, and everything you can see is lush and green, a beautiful spring scene. During the day, you can walk to the three surrounding temples. The boss is very enthusiastic. When we went down the mountain, he took us directly to the Arashiyama tram station to continue the next trip. Looking forward to coming again during the red leaf season!

It was the first hotel to use I don't know how to check in by myself. When I go to the front desk for check-in, the woman in charge is standing vaguely without saying anything. i was wondering what to do. Enter it early! I was angry and when I entered, nothing came out, so I wonder if I could make a reservation? If nothing came out, I would do it by name! !! I was yelled. Isn't the front desk the face of the hotel? Why do some people stay for the first time and yell at such a fight? Usually, I think there are many hotels that greet you with a smile and give you the key and say that you are slow, but ... It was written that I would help you check in later. it wasn't crowded. I think it was better not to help if it was yelling, and I was able to spend a leisurely time at the hotel. I really felt bad. It is a good hotel with good cleaning and delicious breakfast, but there is a person who yells at the front desk ...

Kyoto Station and surrounding areas
A very cost-effective hotel The transportation is quite convenient. Take the Haruka from Osaka Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station, transfer to the Sagano Line and get off at Tambaguchi. Walk 700 meters to the station. The service is great, the hotel is also very clean, and the breakfast is not very varied but the taste is good

Needless to say, the environment and sanitation are very good, there is a good youth hostel atmosphere, and the Japanese tatami room is also very local. It is very close to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, which is suitable for exploring with friends at night, but be careful. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area in Kyoto, but it can be a bit noisy at night, and the sound insulation may be a bit insufficient. I hope to continue to work hard!
