Very secure hotel, Honestly this hotel's service is amazing. Here's the run down on the hotel: • Laundry is affordable, The dryer is AMAZING • Hotel is secure, stops at level 3 every time which makes it safe so if you're feeling unsafe RUN to the counter. • Hotel offers complimentary buns(Croissant,etc.), water(Hot and Cold), coffee and miso soup • If you're really bored while waiting for laundry, just stay at level 3 there's board games + Manga • At level 1 there's a 7-11 which has literally everything you need • opposite the hotel is a convenience food restaurant, mostly costing below $10. • You can see the status of the washing machine+ dryer via your television Though a few things to note: • Room cleaning is done every 3 days

On Cold Airconditioning on 10 degrees celsius, switch to heater on 23 degrees celsius. Ridiculous. Fan was given but was very dusty, the hair dryer was dusty as well. Tried to upgrade another room under a different booking but gave us a cost more 20% expensive than booking another new room online. Location was so so as the nearest train station is about 15mins walk with 3 traffic lights to cross. Food availability - There are plenty food around English Speaking Staff - only the ”manager” speaks english and understands you fine otherwise it would be wise to have a translation app ready.

1. Hotel and room - spacious, very nice place, enjoyed the hall atmosphere, the room design with high coloured ceilings, beautiful bathroom. Everything very clean. 2. Breakfast. Delicious but rather same daily. Pay attention it’s traditional japanese bento box, not european style. 3. Location. Nice, near the bus stop that gets u to Gion or Kyoto station directly.

The hotel room had everything that was required and is in a very good location, near to multiple convenience stores, eateries and the train station. However, manage expectations as room is a tad bit small for even just 2 people. We had to take turns opening our luggage. Overall, it's a pretty good price for what it is still.

We stayed at Super Hotel Kawaramachi, Kyoto. The location is very near to the train station and the hotel is very clean, bright, modern and minimalistic. The counter check-in and self check-out is efficient, without troubles. Keypad entry into the room is convenient with no risks of misplacement of key. Clean towels in a black bag placed at the door ensures minimal disturbance to guests. Guests can then return the used towels in the same black bag and place them outside the door. If guests prefer their room to be done up, they can just put the sign at the door. Everything is efficient. Even though the toilet and bath area is small, it is very clean. But fat people may not be able to enter. The water is clean and their bathroom products are labeled organic. The breakfast spread is good enough and satisfying. The happy hour 6 pm - 8 pm with free flow of drinks is good for families to get together. The hot bath onsen facilities are also very good. Overall, even though the hotel room is rather small, we are happy with the facilities and the convenience of the location.

The hotel is small and quiet from the crowding shopping center. Hence, the location is a bit far (15 min walk)from the train station and other restaurants. The room is ok, small but clean. Everything is given when you pick up your toiletries at the check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful even English is not exceptional but all of them are kind and polite. Only one thing I don’t understand is they don’t put a phone in the room so every time I have question I need to go to the elevator to call the front office. Also, I would wish they could put a bit more lighting equipment in the room. After sunset, it is dark in the room. Breakfast you need to reserved a day advanced. There is a convenient store next to it. It is a limited service hotel but it is very nice for business travel or simple couple, backpackers, or even family.

Very Clean and extremely convenient, considered transportation network of Kyoto is not as diverse as other major cities in Japan, you can explore the city on foot or by bus, for which the bus stop sited literally right next to the hotel. You can travel to the hotel from Kyoto station by bus or taxi, which takes only 10 mins by taxi. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Overall a pleasant stay

Perfect hotel for a short stay. It is quite new, and location is just steps away from the subway. Though our room floor is low and overlooking a carpark, there was zero noise and we slept soundly during our few nights there. There wasn't much service though as they only clean every 4 days, which we didn't hit but it's fine with us. Will absolutely stay again in future.

This hotel is a perfect blend of coziness and cleanliness. The rooms are comfortable, well-decorated, and spotless. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. Highly recommended for a comfortable and clean stay!

It was a nice hotel with a sense of cleanliness. Since it is not possible to enter without holding the card key to go up to the room, the security person was perfect and I was able to stay with peace of mind. We stayed only, not with breakfast but 24 hours Free drinks (coffee, etc.) were prepared by self-service on the 1st floor, and there was also a service where you could eat bread, yogurt, etc. at breakfast. Thank you to smokers, there was a smoking room on the 1st floor and I couldn't smoke in the room, but I was also grateful that there was a smoking room in the hotel. This time it was a trip by car, but there is no parking lot at the hotel, but I checked in advance 🅿 Parking is directly opposite the hotel It was very convenient. The price was also relatively cheap. It was a hotel that made me want to use it again.
