Room to sleep was too small for me but all others is fine. They are all okay for living for a night transit.

I was disappointed about the breakfast. We need to line up to enter the meal room. No one was taking care on refill of food when there is nothing on the plate. One day even no rice n hot meals was refilled though I understand there were more visitors to Kyoto, in peak season.

Good value with breakfast.

We stayed in a triple room with our family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was spacious and comfortable. However, the slippers in the room were disposable and we had to purchase them for 60 yen each. Towels also cost 100 yen to add or replace. Other amenities were free to take. The bed was firm and we slept well. It was a comfortable stay.

It is very convenient to take bus No. 9 from Kyoto Transportation Hub. Although the room is a bit small, it is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is a bit simple, which can be regarded as a simple meal, but it has protein, carbon water and dietary fiber. It is only a few hundred meters away from Nijo Castle and can be reached on foot.

It's a new hotel. You can check in by yourself, which is very convenient. There were no double beds that day. I booked a standard room. The beds can be pushed together and are relatively loose. The suitcase can be put under the bed and there is a desk. Breakfast is free, but I was in a hurry to go out in the morning and there were many people, so I gave up before I got there. There are free luggage lockers on the first floor. You can store your luggage here. There is a Lawson and 711 facing each other downstairs.

The hotel is brand new, all facilities are clean, and the staff are happy to help guests use the self-check-in machine. In terms of breakfast, it is very rich for a chain hotel. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.
