One of the best places I stayed for my trip to Japan. Lovely location, very clean as usual in Japan, friendly and supportive staffs too.

The hotel provide the toiletries (including cleansing oil,/face wash/ moisturizer in sachet pack, comb, shaver, cotton pad) at the lobby reception. Fuss free travel as i have run out of supplies by the time i reach this hotel. the room were very new and compact, nice bedding. would come back again in future.

Relatively spacious room for Japan hotels, great location right next to the train station. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.

If travel by public transport, this hotel is located just next to subway, with just few stations away from Kyoto station. Our hotel room size was quite small but sufficient for both of us. Clean and spot free, I couldn't even find a spot or mold in the bathroom, it was so clean. Free access to Nespresso machine at lobby. Toiletries available at lobby. This hotel is not centrally located at tourist spot but more to business traveler. Within walking distance to Imperial Palace (but we thought it was not worth the walk).

Stay for 4 nights and room was spacious and clean including the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, selections was ok and almost the same everyday. Best thing is they have a 24 hours free coffee machine at the lobby.

It's right on top of a station. Location is perfect. Walking distance to kyoto Palance park and the famous river.
Self-Laundry available!!!
Direct bus to arashiyama is just around the corner too.

The hotel has a really good location is right next to the metro station, the room is very spacious and quiet. Walking distance to 錦市場 around 15-20 mins.

New, clean and friendly staff. Room are reasonable big for Japan standard. Coffee machine in room is a plus. (We booked corner room for 3 persons) Hotel location is not near major station but we use nearby bus stations which bring us to most attraction ! In Kyoto bus is more convenient.

The hotel is amazing!
You do not need to bring international adapter, the hotel has installed many USB port charging in the room and international plug.
Location- amazing as besides the subway and walkable to the tourist attractions.
Cleanliness- super clean and spacious room
I would definitely back to this hotel again!

When we checked in, no one told us any room details, we didn’t notice the buttons on the back of the door. And the next day we came back, the whole room was in terrible mess. We called the reception and she said room cleaning already ended. We were shocked and totally angry! Why reception didn’t say anything about it when we checked in????
