The location is excellent. However parking service was unacceptable. When the day i checked in, i asked in advance before i rented a car for the reservation of a car space, the staff told me no reservation was required, just told me to enter the car park when you needed. I thought there were plenty of parking spaces. However, when i drove in, the staff told me all spaces were reserved, and told me to drive to another car park nearby. Not recommended for someone who is planning for a car space.

Excellent location and great breakfast

The hotel location was perfect, very close to main shopping regions and convenience to traffic. The room size was big enough to open two suitcases. However the lights was not bright enough even in day time. And the power plug was not sufficient for 2 people to use.

The customer service is excellent. The room was daily cleaned. FYI, not every hotel does daily cleaning. Location is near the subway. Bus station is nearby too. Pharmacy and food is just nearby .

The location of this hotel is excellent! And the staff is nice and very helpful! However, the hotel a bit old, and the facilities are old fashioned.

The hotel is located in the four shopping districts. If you take the subway from Kyoto Station, just take the elevator from Exit 4 to the ground, turn right and walk about 20 steps to see Starbucks right in front of the hotel, so the location is very convenient. The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, but has the advantage that its rooms are larger, so you can spread out up to three suitcases. Air conditioning is also plenty, water is stable, the only thing is charging without a USB plug, so be sure to charge yourself with an adapter. The hotel breakfast is simple and refined, not too many styles low prepared very tasty, must be full. Western and Japanese everything, my favorite is its curry rice.

The room is large enough, and it feels quiet in the bustling city! There are many summer festivals in Kyoto, so remember to reserve a yukata in advance and go out beautifully!

Very cost-effective. If you drag your suitcase, you must go through Exit 4 of the subway. You will see it on the right when you exit the subway. It is convenient for travel and shopping.
