The hardware and software are good, but the service still needs to be improved. Most of the managers have a service awareness, but the hotel system is nothing. First of all, the window seats for meals are not always available, so you can only try to reserve them. After repeated emphasis, the result is still average. I stayed for two days. On the day of check-out, not only did I not allow late check-out, but I also turned off the heating of the private bath in the room from the early morning. When I used the water, it was really cold (see the picture, the steam water droplets are on the shower side that has just been used, and there is no water droplets on the wall next to the private room.). I felt that not only did I not get a complete service, but I was also urged to leave quickly.

I have stayed in the same brand hotel in Hakone before, so I chose this hotel again this time. The price is a little bit more expensive in the red season. The breakfast for two consecutive days is not as good as before. The price-performance ratio is not particularly high. The breakfast included in the room rate is more expensive than the guests outside at noon.

Very unique small hotel, the garden, breakfast and private hot spring are the highlights, the service is absolutely first-class, the location is very close to the temple in the east, great! The only thing is that because of the private hot spring, the noise of the equipment is a bit loud at night. If you want to eat breakfast by the garden window, you need to make an appointment in advance.
