Not one of the comfortable locations. Quite far from all sights and bus stop is 10 min walk. However, room is big and clean. Good breakfast. Everyone speaks English.

The location is only a 6-7 minute walk from the 10th subway station, and the price is reasonable.
The hotel has a great sense of design
The 30-square-meter room I booked has obvious shortcomings. I don't know what the designer was thinking. The two doors to the bathroom are heavy. If you open them hard, the sound is loud. If you get up to go to the bathroom at night, it will disturb the people you are traveling with. We used a stool to hold the door.
So, the hotel looks good, but the interior design of the room is problematic and not practical.

Great hotel! Very comfortable room with a large bed, comfortable seating area, warm and comfortable. Nice hotel staff, interesting design with art objects, nice garden in the lobby, bath salts at the reception, delicious breakfast and a bar where you can have a drink in the evening after walking.
The hotel is located very close to the metro, the train station is also easily reached on foot.

Although the room is relatively small, it has everything it needs and is still nice to live in. National hatred and family feuds, but I appreciate their indoor shooting. It is cleaned very well, and there is no scale on the sink countertop. The hotel breakfast is not recommended, 1000 yen, and it is Western food, which is not cost-effective and not very good. It is about 20 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. There is a Daiei Ramen next to it. I saw locals queuing every day. I tried it and it was really delicious.
