Kyoto Hana Hotel Reviews

This is an awesome room in kyoto. Near subway, and they even have a leg massager in the room, which was fantastic. What's more amazing, there are 3 types of hair shampoo to choose from in the bathroom.

The hotel is about 100 meters away from the subway exit, as long as you find the right exit. The room is not too small. The front desk is from Southeast Asia and the service is no problem. The room is really not too small, and there is also a leg massager. It is within walking distance to scenic spots and shopping. All kinds of food in the surrounding area can satisfy you.

I'm happy to be able to drink soft drinks for free. I also appreciate that there is a WaterServer on each floor.

Breakfast is average, not many choices. The hotel staff are very polite.

It was clean and good for the price. I had a free time and didn't have to worry about laughing. The front desk staff was also kind and happy. Sightseeing is easy and convenient. Recommended!

Very small hotel. Not suitable for taking children.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Zhuyuan, Yasaka Shrine and Kamogawa. The hotel room is relatively large in Kyoto. The hotel environment is clean and soundproofed, and the service staff are very friendly. The room is equipped with a leg and foot massager, which can help relieve the fatigue of daily travel, which is great!

It was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. It was close to the station too. In particular, there was a leg massager so I could relieve the fatigue of the day, so I used it throughout the trip.

My purpose was to visit Nijo Castle, and I was able to get there in one or two stops on the subway, so the location was perfect. I did it at the end of March, but I was able to make a reservation at a fairly cheap price. I will also use it next time.

It was beautiful, clean and very nice. Each room has a foot massager, so you can enjoy a relaxing massage. The reception was very nice.

Can't fault the location. But the hotel is quite tired compared to the photos online. I upgraded to a premium double room in the western style. No suites or Japanese rooms were available. The room was large and the bed was comfy. The fridge is extremely noisy and I had to turn it off each night to sleep but I was thankful to have access to a fridge. There was one really helpful staff member who also helped arrange for my luggage transfer. However the other staff did not seem as knowledgeable/helpful.

Great spot for a nights stay in Kyoto. The hotel was clean and comfortable and able to accommodate an extra bed for our daughter which seems to be a rare thing in Japan! The location is excellent, good rail connections and in easy walk of the Gion district. Perfect for our stay.
