The hotel was clean , with shampoo and body wash, facial wash, not far from the bus stop , you can input coins to use the washing and drying machines 24 hours.
15 minutes walk to Kyoto station, one reminder if you need to buy things in the hotel, prepare cash. There are lots of delicious yet economical restaurants in the buildings around Kyoto station. Many convenient store selling different kinds of snacks and drinks.

The room is smaller than Osaka but it is enough for a single person traveling alone! The only thing is that the front desk is not very welcoming (compared to Osaka)
And the location is good, right next to the subway, and there is a bus stop at the door! It is very convenient to go to the attractions!
It is also convenient to walk to Kyoto Station and the bus station (aventi).
It is a residential area, relatively quiet, but there seems to be nothing to eat around.
