Good location, clean room, beautiful space. Helper & friendly staffs. Fluent in English. Great service. Wonderful hotel!!! Located in a slightly quieter area, but three major convenience stores were across the road. The staffs were nice and helpful and we love the room design.

This time I came to Kyoto and Osaka for a week. I chose this hotel in Kyoto. It is really great. The location is very good. It is very convenient and close to Kiyomizudera Temple, Kamogawa and Nishiki Market. It only takes about 1 minute to walk to the subway station. The room It also gives people a very warm feeling, a bit Japanese-style but with the novelty of a hotel. Freshly baked chocolate cookies are also given when you check in. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Not recommended. 1. It is common for Japanese hotels to be small, but this is the first time I have seen such a low ceiling. It is very depressing to stay there. 2. The distance between the hotel next door and the hotel is less than ten meters, and they can see each other very clearly. As a result, the curtains have to be drawn, which makes it even more stuffy! On the other side is the street. Other reviews reflect that it is noisy, which has disadvantages. 3. The curtains do not have a good light-blocking effect. This is the effect of the curtains drawn at 6:00 in the morning on the back street. It is too bright to sleep. 4. We stayed for a total of eight days this time. The room was cleaned very well in the first two days. In the next few days, the garbage on the table was not thrown away, the toiletries were not tidied up, and the scoop in the bathroom was not put back in place by the door. 5. There is no bottled water provided, and you have to go to the first floor to get it yourself. The toiletries are from Crabtree & Trees, which has announced its closure... In short, it is difficult to comment.
