The room is nice and well equipped, the staff are also attentive and friendly- unfortunately that is as far as it goes.
The hotel lobby is permanently packed full of people who are not staying at the hotel. This is because ace hotels run a “public reception area” concept , so there is never anywhere to sit and wait for your taxi / other guests travelling with you , because all areas are occupied by rando m people off the street. For a hotel that costs in excess of £1000 / $15000 for 3 nights this simply isn’t good enough.
The food is also not good. We tried the bar / restaurants and it was a complete joke , food prepared by students and clearly un trained. We had to return our drinks. We paid for the breakfast but I'd advise you to avoid and just eat nearby at the many options that a re much better.
Overall if you only care about the room you’ll be fine - because the room is nice ! But that’s about it. If I only wanted a nice room I’d have booked an AIRBNB instead.
