Great service. Very nice staff who were all extremely helpful. They provided many restaurant suggestions and helped us make reservations. The room was amazing and it came with a silk bath, drinks and snacks that were restocked daily.

We had a very pleasant stay with the hotel which is comfy and nice! The hotel staff are also very friendly. And the breakfast and dinner were impressive. Surely will come and stay again when we are in Kyoto next time.

The service is great👍There are Chinese-speaking waiters. The room has its own private bath, which meets the needs of the elderly and children at home. The room is also spacious, and five people can sleep without any problem, but it is a little damp. The breakfast is very Japanese. The hotel is not far from Shichijo subway station. There is a cafe and a sushi restaurant next to it, which are particularly good! It should be noted that there are two Junai in Kyoto, so don't go wrong.

The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. The bedding is also very comfortable. The facilities are complete and perfect. You can see the river view from the window. The view of the Minjiang River on a sunny day is superb! Come!
