Overall, I felt good after staying here for two days. The Chinese customer service made communication smoother. Due to the late check-in time, the front desk gave us good support and allowed us to check in the next day. He even waited until very late and drove us back to our residence. really thankful!
Location: Not far from Kyoto Station. It can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. However, it may be a bit confusing to carry a suitcase in the rain. In addition, the front desk is also seven or eight minutes away from the residence. It is in a triangular location with Kyoto Station.
Surrounding environment: Because it is a residential area, the surrounding area will be relatively quiet. There is a convenience store nearby, but it is not open 24 hours a day. If you want to go out in the middle of the night to buy a late-night snack, you may have to walk a little further.
Facilities: The room facilities are OK, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, shower and bathtub are all good, but the non-drying washing machine lacks poles and racks for drying clothes. In addition, during the two-night stay, the towels were not replaced, nor were they prepared in advance, nor were they notified, which was a bit disappointing.
