Park Hyatt Kyoto

Fortunately, I stayed at the famous Park Hyatt Kyoto 701. When checking in at the lobby, the service staff knelt down to serve throughout the whole process. I could enjoy sake, champagne, etc. at the same time. It happened to be a guqin performance at 5 o'clock. The whole check-in experience was smooth and full of senses. When I entered the room and the service staff opened the window, I was intoxicated by the real scene even if I had watched many videos before. During my stay, I saw the red leaves of the ancient pagoda and even the rainbow in the early morning, which was poetic and picturesque. The room supplies are basically the same as other Park Hyatts around the world, and there is no merit or demerit. The breakfast on the second day was mediocre because I had tried the breakfast at Kyoto Yamato before, so I chose Western style this time. The buffet had Chinese buns and rice dumplings, which were quite authentic. The dishes ordered were also amazing, and the udon noodles were delicious. At the breakfast location, you can see the comings and goings of people in Ninenzaka, and even feel that you are part of the street. A small complaint is: there seems to be an exhaust vent for the heating system under room 701. There will be intermittent white smoke floating in the autumn and winter. When the smoke is heavy, it affects the viewing experience. If you want to take pictures, you have to wait for a while. I hope the hotel can make adjustments in the future.

The beds were soft and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a sweet sleep every night. The hotel's service staff was friendly and always provided timely help when I needed it. In terms of dining, both the Japanese breakfast and the international dinner were a feast for my taste buds. In addition, the hotel's tranquil environment and well-maintained gardens provided a perfect space for me to relax. In short, the Park Hyatt Kyoto was the highlight of my trip and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Perfect! The view outside the window is amazing! Kiyomizu Temple is just around the corner! The old street is just outside! The room dining service is also great!

all is well! The service is perfect, shampoo and other supplies are from Aesop. Don't pay extra for Japanese breakfast, because there are already many styles to choose from for the free a la carte.

The service was very good. The hotel gave us a room late on the day we checked in, and we just wanted to go out for a walk, so we didn't think it was a big deal. As a result, the hotel staff apologized all the way to the room when we returned, and offered to compensate us with breakfast or upgrade the room type. We declined, but it was very impressive. I hope this level can be maintained and it can remain in the top echelon of Kyoto.

The hotel's hardware and software are excellent, as always at the Park Hyatt level. The Japanese breakfast is good, but the dinner is not good... I didn't order Teppanyaki for dinner, so I went to Bistro. I ordered beer after I sat down, but it didn't come for a long time. I asked for it, and when it was served, I was so hasty that I spilled the beer on the table and changed it... My wife's main dish of fish was almost finished, and my main dish of steak hadn't come yet. I asked for it, and it came. To be honest, it tasted good, but the service was really not up to par. After observing it, it might be because there were not enough waiters. Everyone was very busy, but they just couldn't meet customer needs in time. This should be a problem with the management!
