A good mid level hotel in proximity to train station.Breakfasts are good. If possible , I recommend book the rooms that face inner yard, as there is a busy intersection on outside - may be noisy at times.

You can take a leisurely walk from Kyoto Station to the hotel or you can transfer to Kujo Station from Kyoto Station. When you exit from Exit 2, you will find the hotel right there. If you have luggage, Exit 4 has an elevator. The location is quite convenient as there is a 7-11 just a short walk away. Rooms may be small in size, but they offer hot spa. Considering these features, I highly recommend it.

We had a group of 10 people booking 5 rooms, and although we encountered a minor issue during check-in that caused a delay, thanks to the assistance of both Trip.com and the hotel staff, we were able to successfully complete the check-in process. The hotel facilities were excellent! The location was fantastic, and every guest received a welcome drink every day. Guests could even grind their own coffee, which added a fun touch to the experience. Overall, we all had a very enjoyable stay

The hotel facilities are a bit old. When booking a room, I didn't pay attention to the difference between random room types, which refer to smoking and non-smoking. I arrived late and stayed in a smoking room. Both of us had coughs in our throats and didn't sleep well all night. The purifier didn't work, and the smell was just smoke. Alas! However, the small bathhouse downstairs is very good, the hotel is close to the subway, and the front desk service is very good, although the room is not very satisfactory. Everyone must pay attention to choosing a non-smoking room~

You can walk more than 600 meters to the hotel from the south gate of Kyoto Station (we took the wrong route and came out from the north gate, but we can see Kyoto Tower). The hotel is directly in front of the subway Kujo Exit, opposite the hotel. There is a bus station and transportation to various scenic spots is very convenient; the hotel has a variety of breakfast options, free drinks in the lobby, and hot springs. We go to the hot springs every day when we walk back to relieve our fatigue. Of course, it is my first independent trip to Kyoto and I have never tried anything else. The hotel feels very cost-effective. But I would like to remind the Japanese who pay attention to details. Your air conditioner should be cleaned carefully. The partitions are all dusty. Overall, it can be given 90 points.

I personally feel it is quite good. I stayed here in 2014. I came back ten years later and everything is the same. Overall, it maintains the level of a three-star hotel. It is considered a relatively large hotel in Japan.
