So glad to booked this hotel for my stay in Kyoto . 5 min walk from Kyoto station Just cross the street of one of the most beautiful castles in Japan Clean and spacious rooms .. and Japanese onsen for free , to relax after a tired day

It's a great location, directly opposite Higashi Honganji Temple. It's convenient and a short walk to Kyoto Station. It has complete facilities and the bathhouse is very comfortable. It's suitable for staying here when planning a trip to the city.

The bed is bigger than other hotels in Japan. There are separate hot spring pools for men and women. The bath is very comfortable. There is also Chinese service. Thank you Emily and Mr. Cai of the Sora Hotel for your warm reception. Thank you.

Great, the hot spring is very private and the hotel is very clean

This hotel has a large hot spring and a small pool, and there are bathrobes but they have not been changed for 4 days. Stayed for 4 nights and only changed bath towels on the second and third day. On the fourth day, the cleaning staff seemed to have forgotten that there were people living here. I didn't enter the room to clean it at all, and whether I changed the bath towels or not, we were a little scared. Later, the service staff helped us clean and replace some of the time. The spare tea bags and biscuits in the room were only given to us on the first day, and we forgot to give them to us in the next two or three days. The biscuits were delicious and he gave us refills after asking the counter. Overall, the accommodation experience is good. Although the space of the room is not very large, it is sufficient and usable. The windows in the room are very large, and it is very pleasant to see the snow on the roof tiles outside the house. Next time I come to Kyoto, I will still want to stay in a hotel to make up for the hot springs I didn't get.

The front desk staff are friendly, especially a gentleman who can speak Cantonese, very helpful. The hot spring experience is good, the breakfast is very special, and I will consider staying again.
