Nice location and nice service. Front desk staffs are good at both Chinese and English and they are helpful. Close to attractions and the shopping centre.

Strategic location near kawaramachi station, shopping malls takashimaya, fuji daimaru , etc….. surrounding hotel a lot of small bar n restaurant

Room was clean but it was pretty small. Not very close to subway

the room rate is quite expensive,
rooms are small, facilities are incomplete.

Amazing location with some cool bars and restaurants just 1 -2 blocks away. Really close to shops and Nishiki market. Staff friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms are small but have everything you need / god love Japan for using so cleverly small spaces! I highly recommend

It's near Kamo river and the location is good!
Hotel was clean and comfy. There's a convenience store nearby.

Good hotel. It’s new. Great location. Just few minutes away from Kyoto Kawaramachi station. Walking distance to shopping district and Nishiki market. Also walkable to Gion area. Totally recommended

The location is conveniently connected in all directions. It is quiet and bustling, close to high-end shops. It is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The room management is comfortable.

It is great accommodation for a business trip especially if you are staying on the higher floor.
You must use plastic bags to bring your garbage(rubbish) in the morning to your doorsteps.
If you are a business traveler like myself, you could be annoyed by those rules.

The hotel is located in the main street and very good location. The room is also ok, but the hotel only clean our room every 3 days, thus i think this need to improve.

Noisy at night, can hear cars passing through. Everything else is fine considering the price.

Hotel look very clean but find some black bug clawing on curtain window and bed. Room Too expensive without meal plus tourist tax charge and location is not public transportation friendly.I couldn’t sleep well due to the loud noise of air conditioning right above the head of bed .

I think it is a newly rebranded hotel. The room i had was very spacious. It is very near to Takashimaya and the train station. Also walking distance from the central shopping district. Centralized enough to visit a few of the famous sites in Kyoto.

The hotel location is fabuluos. Shopping malls, tourists spots, restaurants, bus and railway stations are all within walking distance. The size of the room is the typical japanese size.
