This hotel is very good location, near Omiya station (Hankyu line), Exit#5 has elevator 🛗 from platform to ground floor). If take Kyoto City bus, take bus number 206, 207 to Omiya matsubara station and walk just 150meters. This hotel is very clean, has all amenities, and facilities in the room (refrigerator and hair dryer). This hotel also have coin laundry machine and ice maker machine at 1st floor. I'm very happy with this hotel and its reasonable price, so I extend to stay here total 5 days.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel within a short period of time - 1st stay was on a higher floor with big working desk and better window lighting, 2nd stay was in a corner room on ground floor with smaller and compact desk area and overall colder, darker, smaller room - it was a bit disappointing but offers the same amenities and service.
Front desk was very nice and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September. The hotel is located near Omiya station, but about 20 minutes by bus from Kyoto station. There are chain supermarkets nearby. The hotel room is quite standard. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV. The windows do not open. A simple breakfast is provided in the lobby. Rice porridge on water with Japanese additions and grain coffee from a coffee machine or tea. Unfortunately, only 1 key card was issued for 3 people. On the 4th floor, the wi-fi practically did not work.

Frendly staff, and clean, big rooms. You get a complimentary small breakfast, and other ammenities! The place is in the center og Kyoto close to a post office and a supermarket, but it's a bit inconvenient to get there by public transport. Will definitly recommend a stay here

The hotel is not far from the station, so it is convenient for travel. There are also various convenience stores and restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about food and drink. The price-performance ratio is high, but the bathroom design has shortcomings. For example, there is no handrail next to the bathtub, and there is a risk of slipping when getting in and out of the bathtub.
